− Serve as neighborhood and community liaison

− Give performance reviews for the Marihuana Sales Location Team. Reward and discipline team members fairly and appropriately according to the Sozo employee handbook
− Oversee the hiring, discipline, termination, or promotion of employees
− Check email multiple times daily
− Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
− Responsible for reporting employee infractions (reporting, inventory, tracking, cash) to company leadership, and to the MRA as appropriate
− Bear ultimate responsibility for the success of the team and the sales location, including cash and inventory

Requirements:

Lume. Cannabis Co. is seeking reliable Delivery Specialist to distribute products promptly to our customers who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Specialist must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities
- Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
- Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
- Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered.
- Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service

Assistant Store Manager

The PositionThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer through a strong emphasis on guest service, product and visual presentation, be an effective problem solver and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Through coaching the Assistant Store Manager will motivate their team to provide superior customer service and in turn maximize sales.
The role reports to the Store Manager works with store Lumenaries (budtenders) in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned.
The Responsibilities
- Supervise activities of the provisioning center team in conjunction with the Store Manager and Lead
- Utilize, lead and deliver visual brand standards to present unique product mix offering
- Create and reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident and competent team, in order to build a loyal customer following through clear and positive communication
- Deal with issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with state regulations, policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure the provisioning center remains compliant with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both the patients and employees
- Provide education for staff about medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses and improving metrics through sales floor leadership
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
The Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a retail management
- 2+ years of cannabis related retail experience preferred
- College degree preferred; High School diploma required
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Proven successful experience as a retail leader
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Receive and promptly respond to customer inquiries while documenting issues and offering resolutions

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
