JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery.
- Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed.
- Assess inventory in the live inventory room, transfer items as needed, and complete daily inventory counts.
- Review inventory overages and shortages and submit inventory needs to the logistics.
- Review accessory needs with the manager and order as needed.
- Enter merchandise into the point-of-sale system when received.

Position Summary

- Communicate the Dispensary's sales information to management.
- Create a monthly work schedule; revise and update the facility's shift schedules as needed, based on known absences and unique needs to ensure full coverage of operations by Dispensary staff.

Position Overview:
The Patient Intake Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, setting up the patient record in our system and for providing an exceptional patient experience. Under general supervision, enters data from various source documents into computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. Verifies the accuracy and veracity of the status of all qualifying patients and designated caregivers who come to our dispensary using proper identification and verification protocol. - Ensure that all communication with potential customers and current patients are meeting company standards.

Position Summary
The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead is passionate about medical Cannabis, provides product knowledge to our patients and explains the benefits of buying specific products. The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead delivers the Company’s retail promise to every customer visiting the Dispensary. Provides supervisor customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver (“DPC”). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System (“ICS”), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The Agent In Charge/Cannabis Advisor Lead collaborates with the Assistant Manager, Dispensary Manager and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture. This role is a developmental opportunity in preparation for a management position. The payrate for this position is $18 per hour.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Greets patients and DPC’s and escorts them from the waiting room to the secured sales dispensary. Provides orientation and tours for first-time clients.
- Follows the Company’s selling standards to meet the team and individual sales goals and metrics.
- Drives sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-merchandised store environment with all medical Cannabis and related products, except samples, secured and behind a counter.
- Models best-in-class service experience that consistently strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Make sales and prepares approved sales from the client. Calculates sales price and enters into the cash register. Collects the amount due from the client in cash or via a cashless debit transaction. Packages order, checking to ensure each product is appropriately labeled, including warning as required by law. - Inspires customer confidence and creates loyalty to Company brand.

- Educates patients and DPD’s on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments, and cultivation methods.
- Provides education materials and resources for patients and DPCs as needed.
- Records specific request, preferences, and notifications for patients and DPCs using the internal Electronic Verification System (“EVS”) and ICS and follow up as needed.
- Maintains awareness of patient input and suggested changes to improve service or product, invites clients to use the suggestion box in the waiting room.
- Discusses inventory levels with patient coordinator and Manager or Assistant Manager to maintain accurate online menus and update menus and checklist as needed.
- Coordinates supply orders with the dispensary manager as needed.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

The starting base pay is $15 - $20 an hour, based on experience and ability. Additional performance bonuses which can earn an extra $1,000 per month. The ability to earn commissions for any new accounts which can double the yearly income.

Compensation:
The starting base pay is $15 - $20 an hour, based on experience and ability. Additional performance bonuses which can earn an extra $1,000 per month. The ability to earn commissions for any new accounts which can double the yearly income.

Position Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of a Dispensary facility following Florida's Department of Public and Behavioral Health, Department of Health and Human Services, regulations, and AltMed Florida's standards and policies and procedures. Provides support for all agents at the facility, including monitoring agent health and attendance, scheduling, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Communicate the Dispensary's sales information to management.
- Create a monthly work schedule; revise and update the facility's shift schedules as needed, based on known absences and unique needs to ensure full coverage of operations by Dispensary staff.
- Conduct and oversee the training of all new employees as well as the retraining of existing employees as needed.
- Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Administer and document employee evaluations.
- Inform employees of new updates and general developments in the company.
- Review and approve dispensary payroll, including authorizing changes in shift hours and verifying accuracy of time cards.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with HR; interviewing applicants based on a consistent set of criteria.
- Ensure that inventory is adequate and manage inventory properly through timely entries in the Dispensary's ICS.
- Ensure all client and agent information and sales/purchase information is timely and accurately entered into the VS system developed by the Department, which is cross-checked to entries in the ICS to assure product movement accuracy. All such information is to be maintained confidentially following Department regulations and policies and procedures.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the activities of store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Respond to all patient complaints, requests, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Provide superior customer service for patients, caregivers, and vendors.
- Oversee orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries.

Position Summary
Supports the Dispensary Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations, including coaching and developing the store team that delivers the Company retail promise to valid customers. Serves as a Dispensary Manager in training with the ability to do all functions, as directed and authorized by Dispensary Manager. Operates the store in the absence of Dispensary Manager.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales management required.
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical Cannabis laws and regulations, and how they apply to the operations of the Company is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment while demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Windows-based and other software and Internet navigation.
Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks
- Understands and assist the Dispensary Manager with weekly and monthly sales information.
- Assists the Dispensary Manager with employee schedules and managing employee work hours and vacation request.
- Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed.
- Motivates and works together with Dispensary Manager and employees to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assists in conducting employee evaluations.
- Informs employees of new updates and general developments in the Company.
- Supports the Dispensary Managers in evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with human resources; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of criteria.
- Helps ensure that inventory is adequate and helps manage inventory properly by becoming versed in the use of the Inventory Control System and Electronic Verification System.
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Supports the Dispensary Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors.
- Strives to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the Dispensary manager, as listed on that Job Description.
- Assist Dispensary Manager with regular and random inventory counts of medical Cannabis, ancillary products, and dispensing supplies.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations by supervising Dispensary a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- Supervises Dispensary MedTenders during Dispensary Manager’s absence or when directed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Dispensary Manager, including filling in as Patient Coordinator, or MedTender, as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete a level II background check.
