Summary: The Regional Brand Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with top prescribing physicians and educating them on new product lines and industry advancements, representing the brand through community events and online social media platforms. This position will be responsible for attending top industry events with the focus of reaching out to potential new patients and generating leads. The Regional Brand Manager will oversee the Brand Associates. This position will be responsible for increasing market share according to the goals set by the Marketing Director. The candidate must be able to lead a team and work with trackable goals.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with top prescribing physicians
- Work in conjunction with Marketing Director to set sales targets to increase revenue
- Work in conjunction with Marketing Director to set goals for market share increase
- Track and report on Brand Associates progress
- Promote brand awareness within the community
- Submit required reports and or assignments as required
- Develop and implement marketing goals and plans
- Implement product set-up and display strategies
- Responsible for setting and analyzing promotional and events budgets for the region
- Finding ways to ensure the efficiency of sales operations
- Promote the brand through company-approved social media channels
- Represent the brand using Professional Business Attire and general presentation at all public events and business meetings
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient marketing methods
- Meet with customers to educate, address concerns, and provide solutions
- Discover marketing opportunities for the brand
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate patient relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the Director of Marketing
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager
- Experience in sales & marketing preferred
- Knowledge of product display and merchandising
- Social media savvy
- Familiarity with Hootsuite
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills

- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and carry at least 20lbs object

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within sales or marketing. Work experience may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
Working Environment:
This position will require travel within the designated region to meet with Physicians, visit the dispensaries as well as attend patient-focused events and community events. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Travel is required.

Main Purpose of Job
This full-time contractual position shall provide application and database development support for the following, but not limited to, the existing MMCC Patient/Provider Registration System. The position shall perform work at MMCC Headquarters (Linthicum, MD) and will provide access to servers hosted at the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) data center. The scope of work and current environment of the MMCC systems include the following: develop, maintain, troubleshoot and debug existing ASP.Net applications utilizing Microsoft technologies IDEs and frameworks including VS 2015 or later, C#, ASP.Net MVC 5, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, LINQ and SQL Server 2012. The position will also develop and maintain supported SQL Server databases with strong experience in SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL Jobs; test and production environment code deployment; develop API for integration with Metric (State seed-to-sale software); and, other State of Maryland Regulatory Boards. The position will maintain application and database code repository; provide daily support as needed to troubleshoot and resolve data issues; and, develop custom database reports, database jobs, code, and web application testing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other information technology-related field to include coursework in the application, communication, database or operating systems software technology.
Experience: Three years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software.
Notes:
1. Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate and thirty credit hours from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Management Information Systems or other information technology-related field to include coursework in application, communication, database or operating systems software technology may be substituted for the required education.
2. Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate and one additional year of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software may be substituted for the required education.
3. Experience operating computer systems; or scheduling, controlling input and output to process data on computer systems; or evaluating, implementing and maintaining computer hardware and software; or converting data from project specifications by developing program code using generally accepted computer programming languages may be substituted for high school education on a year-for-year basis.
4. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in the Computer Systems Operations classifications or Computer Systems Operations specialty codes in the Information Technology field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.
