The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the day to day operations of receiving, counting, and packaging products for our retail locations. - Assist in delivery of product
- Sort and count necessary returns of unsellable products
- Assist in organization and shipping of defective product
- Provide organization and cleanliness to the warehouse

Social Media Coordinator (Cannabis Industry)
_Overview_

Our company is looking for an experienced, passionate and proactive professional who can be the voice of our company using the various social media channels. The ideal candidate will use their extensive knowledge and passion to create an online presence that presents us in an engaging, educative and positive light. You must be passionate and knowledgeable about the cannabis industry, holistic healing and natural remedies. This position will also have retail counter responsibilities as part of their daily work experience. Refer to the “Cannabis Consultant" description below this posting.
Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Create and post new and exciting content that is visually appealing that follows the company’s brand standards.
- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars, project schedules and new information.
- Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments and posts.
- Keep track of social media analytics to measure traffic and engagement.
- Monitor trends in social media and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Monitor and manage Google Business profiles.
- Monitor and manage Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Podcast and Website.
- Orchestrate and manage press releases for new products and events.
- Cultivate and manage influencer campaigns.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical glitches and develop solutions.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate with the graphic designer to keep workflow on track.
- Launch promotional plans for holidays and sales.
- Work closely with managers on community outreach and partnerships.
- Create and manage loyalty texts and email campaigns.
Skills:
- Excellent copy writing skills with the proven ability to write clever and engaging copy.
- Pro-active. Follow industry trends and understand the complexities of using social media within the cannabis industry.
- Exceptional proof reading and spelling skills.
- Experience or knowledge on managing Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok, YouTube, Google, and Canva.
- Ability to use project management tools.
- Attention to details under pressure.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must appreciate and thrive on feedback and constructive criticism.
- Pro-active
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Will be needed to cover certain events outside of the store.
Cannabis Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Working the retail sales counter helping customers.
- This is an education-first, sales-second role, so you must feel comfortable talking about cannabis and customer's medical conditions.
- Greet, educate, and help customers feel at ease upon arrival
- Provide information about cannabis and our products
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products, as well as the cannabis industry
- Address customer questions/concerns and provide solutions
- Clean, count inventory, daily close out and other tasks
- May be required to work events outside of the store
Full paid training will be provided.

Pay: $32,000.00 per year

We will provide full training but a background in the industry and some experience with health and wellness is a plus.
