Summary:
The Lead Pharmacy Agent is responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Management team in all operational aspects of running the Pharmacy and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients and Customers with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager and the Pharmacy Assistant manager in all activities related to inventory management.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager and the Pharmacy Assistant manager in all activities and responsibilities related to Standard operating procedure compliance and training.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager and the Pharmacy Assistant manager in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our Patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
- Assist in selecting and helping locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Provider recommendations.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases as needed. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new Patient and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.

Job description
We are seeking a full-time laboratory technician to join our analytical laboratory team, performing routine analysis of essential oils and cannabis products. You will be provided with training and mentorship designed to foster technical skills and given the opportunity to deliver impactful results.
Major duties and responsibilities
Perform test procedures on essential oils and cannabis-containing products using various instruments. Write reports to document results and convey results to clients.
- Perform physical and chemical testing on all samples received by our laboratory.
- Accurately execute testing per applicable written procedures and methods, such as HPLC, GC-MS, and PCR.
- Fill out laboratory documentation accurately and document work in a timely, clear, and organized manner.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate analysis and results.
- Become proficient with all instrumental, analytical, and data analysis software.
- Develop and write SOPs for laboratory procedures.
Document test results, prepare and review testing reports.
- Record test results and generate reports.
- Aid in reviewing and filing reports.
- Aid in reviewing data and laboratory notebooks prior to data release.
Support laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Aid in maintaining laboratory equipment as required by calibration and maintenance schedule.
- Aid in troubleshooting laboratory equipment as needed.
- Aid in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Preferred qualification, knowledge, and skills
- An associate or BS degree in physical or life sciences with an emphasis in analytical chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- Strong background in quantitative analytical techniques.
- Experience with microbiology and sterile technique.
- Knowledge of laboratory software applications.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to support business needs.

Summary:

Curaleaf is looking for an Inventory Lead, who can thrive in a fast-paced cannabis dispensary environment. The Inventory Lead will assist with receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in implementing the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls. All controlled inventory will be maintained within the state-mandated seed-to-sale inventory management software program.
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production
- Monitor warehouse transactions
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed
- Conduct inspections with Dispensary and Production Kitchen Managers
- Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure the integrity of company records
- Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts
- Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required
- Assist in managing consumables for both the dispensary and production facilities
- Assist in managing State inventory system
- Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in the analysis of the root cause for the adjustments
- Help determine, initiate and execute subsequent corrective actions
- Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance
- Additional duties as needed

The Staff Pharmacist at Curaleaf UT is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, leading the management & development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols in the absence of The Dispensary Manager.
The Staff Pharmacist is also responsible for forecasting inventory levels, ordering & receiving the product, and maintaining accurate systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in our patients' lives.
The Staff Pharmacist will fill in on an as-needed basis to develop, document, and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture.
Essential functions:
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Maintain all store operational standards
- Oversee inventory standards are maintained on site.
- Ensure cash receipts are reconciled
- Operate POS and corresponding systems
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Maintains a safe, clean environment for patients and employees
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Open/Close store
- Directly supervise all activity within the facility
Patient Care:
- Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints
- Handle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policy
- Promote a positive experience for all patients
- Direct and oversee all patient interactions and provide clinical counseling
- Coordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes
Manage dispensary employees:
- Lead the team and work effectively with dispensary employees
- Schedule, supervise, assign and direct activities of employees
- Communicate information to employees in an open and timely manner
- Coach and execute counseling discussions with store employees
- Conduct performance appraisals for all directly assigned personnel and monitor and manage to expectations
- Ensure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the job
Patient and Physician Outreach:
- Organize and lead guest tours and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians, and professionals in the community that we serve
- Provide ongoing education and outreach programs relating to medical cannabis for the benefit of member patients
- Coordinate on the success of promotions, coupon, and recommend future promotions and sales
- Measure customer satisfaction through surveys and interviews
- Responsible for the preparation of content for all educational materials and presentations
Cannabis knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects.
- Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Utah State Pharmacist
- Pharmacy experience required
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
- Subject to a background check, in accordance with local cannabis law/regulations

Job Description
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work both independently and with a team. Trimmers primary responsibilities are the quality of the product and efficiency of production. Trimmers must be able to take exact direction and show the ability to create a consistent product as demonstrated, as well as adjust procedures, practices, and technique as needed.
Experience/Education
Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable, but not required. Trimmers must be a minimum of 21 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background check. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

Curaleaf Utah is seeking a team of Part Time Dispensary/Pharmacist Agents who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper product for customer depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to customers clearly and effectively.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required.
- Must be 21 years old and pass the criminal background check.
