Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. About The Role:
As a Process Development Research Associate, you will play an Engineer/Scientist-assistant
role. You will be the assistant in cannabis biomass handling, extraction, and refinement for the
R&D team. Your role will include supporting New Product Development projects along with
researching activities to better understand process parameters to improve efficiency of existing
operations involving Cannabis plant materials, in-process materials, and finished products. In
this role, you will assist in the operation of new or prototype equipment to enable new product
development.

Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for greenhouse cannabis cultivation. - Works with Director of Cultivation to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
- Prepares space required for planned production.
- Cloning: cutting, rooting and transplanting; clone care, watering and feeding; clone monitoring and climate control; labeling; and inventory data input into state mandated electronic tracking system.
- Monitors growing conditions and reviews changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
- Inspects crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming and staking; big leafing and pruning; plant care, watering and feeding; plant monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning sgrowing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

Summary: The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the growing operations from seed, cultivation, harvesting, and extraction by implementing SPC (Statistical Process Control) to set goals and methods, monitor, characterize, and provide a path for incremental improvements. Essential Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day work of the Horticulturist staff, including: Recruiting, hiring, and training employees. Manage the performance of staff and address performance deficiencies as needed. Enforce Company policies and issue disciplinary actions as needed. Ensure adequate training for staff. Manage departmental logistics and ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.
- Horticultural experience including leading a team of front line growers would be beneficial to succeed in this position. General knowledge in agronomy, plant science, entomology, pathology, and/or plant nutrition a plus.
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.
- Lead the selection of strains to be produced, entering into the state required tracking system tracking data for each medical marijuana plant.
- Manage equipment for environmental controls including, temperature, humidity, light schedules, CO2 enhancement, sensor management, and PLC and data collection, storage, and analysis.

- Creates purchasing strategies that tie to financial goals of each dispensary
- Works with store operations team to craft localized assortments and sales forecasts to drive profitability
- Develops strong relationships with suppliers of cannabis products to ensure consistent access to product for our patients
- Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of buying: product innovation, vendor meetings, costing negotiations, executive reporting, pricing analysis, promotional calendars, and product exit strategies

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispensary Manager to oversee retail operations in our Lebanon, PA dispensary. The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing professional dispensary personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, supervising compliance, security and safety, reaching sales goals and bonus targets, and the general day-to-day matters for their assigned store. Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
