Position Summary: The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the Big Valley Rancheria Ordinance, standards, and responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. Primary Duties:
Agent Support and Management:
· Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory and patient/customer relations;

· The Dispensary Manager is responsible for overseeing MGM, MGE and MGS.
· Responds to all agent questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts;
· Responsible for delegating tasks to Cashiers, Dispensary Agents and Patient/customer Coordinators in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility; and
· Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
Customer Service:
· Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers;
· Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts; and
· Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries. Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
· Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of California and the standards set by Company;
· Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility;
· Provide regular inventory, sales and profitability reports to the Management Team.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree or equivalent combined education and experience from a two year accredited college or university in a field related to medical cannabis, management, business, governmental regulation, law, and/or Tribal policy are preferred. The Manager shall be subject to background investigations and licensure by the Tribal Cannabis Regulatory Authority.
Experience: The Manager shall have two (2) years of expertise, experience, education, or a combination thereof in the following areas: medical cannabis, management, retail sales, governmental regulation, law, and/or Tribal policy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. Proficiency in
Windows based software and point of sale applications.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability Required:
Excellent managerial skills. Accurate data entry and record keeping. Experience with the ADP/POS system.
Thorough understanding of medical marijuana policy and law. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and
challenging environment. Ability to make business decisions as necessary with oversight when needed.
Proficiency in Windows based software and Internet navigation. Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements
1. Must be eligible for coverage under the Tribe’s vehicle insurance policy.
2. Must possess a valid California driver’s license. Must be willing to travel locally, regionally, statewide, and/or out-of-state, as necessary, during or after regular working hours.

The Track & Trace Manager (TTM) is responsible for complete traceability compliance by maintaining inventory and facility information accuracy within the State of California track and trace system (METRC) and supervising Track & Trace Employees (TTEs) in each department. Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing overall administrative and technical direction for multiple projects through subordinate managers in Lake County and communicating information through project management software Procore.

- Description - The Production Supervisor is responsible for teams of Production Technicians who package and produce various cannabis products. The Production Supervisor must meet or exceed the company’s set standards in regards to workplace quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Responsibilities
- Possess and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing set standards to Production Technicians
- Ensure bulk cannabis material is packaged accurately and efficiently
- Correctly organize cannabis lots into holding areas for conversion, testing, and storage
- Assist Order Processing Lead in labeling outgoing orders in an efficient and organized manner
- Compensation based upon experience
- Must be 21 or older to apply
- Must be able to pass a Livescan background check
