JOB SUMMARY

CORE JOB DUTIES
People Management:
- Build and sustain a high-performing team through employee selection, onboarding, coaching and clear accountability for results.
- Conduct at least monthly 1:1 quality conversations with each assistant manager and quarterly 1:1s with each store employee.
- Assess team performance, skill gaps, and career aspirations of employees; solicit or provide resources, trainings or procedures to support team needs.
- Analyze and determine effective headcount requirements and labor schedules that account for store sales trends, department objectives and labor laws.
- Motivate and inspire dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs, with an emphasis on selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.

Sales & Operational Excellence:
- Provide regular updates, feedback, and solutions to corporate retail leadership across all areas of dispensary operations.
- Establish and nurture key business partner relationships across Human Resources, Outreach, Compliance, Security, Employees Health & Safety, Marketing, Construction and IT.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, outstanding customer service and execution of programs and initiatives.
- Identify business and competitor risks; analyze metrics to help increase market share.
- Support outreach efforts/community partnerships to build a positive image within the community, drive brand awareness, and draw new patients.
- Establish daily operations procedures with an eye towards improvement and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory activities ensuring product requirements are met and deliveries are on time.

- Perform monthly audit reporting and store visit checklist with Area Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business or comparable experience
- 5-7 years of retail management experience required; Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience a plus
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more with layers of leadership, preferably in a high-volume location with a focus on team development.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach others technical, product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
- Experience working closely with HR teams and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical service for the offices. Provides exceptional service for customers. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the offices. Supervises team members and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and input into developing the budget. ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. - Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist Patients with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, and always provide the highest level of customer service.

- Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manager is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources, and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
*During the first two weeks of employment, all new dispensary employees will be on a temporary paid training period pending background check and drug test results.*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, providing, solid product knowledge, and all other components of exemplary service.
- Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each individual member of the team.
- Train, supervise and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's
- Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
- Ensure departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review, and submission of reports, preparation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through monthly one-on-one meetings with team members, and audits.
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
- Conduct and oversee audits.
- Ensure proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations.
- Partners with the Human Resources department and recommends salaries, writes appraisals, and takes disciplinary actions when required
- Ensures a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee and ensure cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining, and reconciling cash with Bio Track.
- Engage with managers in all departments to ensure the smooth running of the dispensary including, delivery, cultivation, and security.
- Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
- Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relations.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs.
