SHIFT SUPERVISOR
The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team. This role should lead by example by being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy. The Shift Supervisor will also be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Store Manager
- Assist Patient Care Specialists in the consultation of patients to ensure that the employee is empowered and informed on the right product choices by being knowledgeable about how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently
- Receive new deliveries in Inventory Room and ensure all manifests are accurate and compliant to map deliveries in MJ Freeway. Report any delivery discrepensies immediately to G/P & Inventory Manager to rectify.
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during a scheduled shift:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Support of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Reporting of team member issues or patient situations
- End of day daily update e-mails
- Opening and closing duties
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including:
- Lead in the onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with the Store Manager
- Able to complete all MOD cash and inventory functions for closing procedures
- Follow all Safety & Security procedures for opening and closing
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Must be an internal Jushi employee
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role you will need to be knowledgeable about various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Trulieve Field Marketing Associate will work very closely with the sales organization and Field Marketing Manager to reach new customers/ satisfy current customers through marketing initiatives, localized marketing and/or events, and other activities that drive traffic, increase conversion, and deliver brand excitement. We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic patients to work with dispensaries and vendors to staff various events/promotions and pop-ups for Trulieve. As a Field Marketing Associate for Trulieve, you will be the face of our brands, engaging with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients while teaching them about our products. This will require being knowledgeable and educated with our processes, procedures, and products. Ideal availability will be nights and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients in public settings.
- Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase product awareness
- Assess customers’ needs and interests to best recommend products
- Set up, break down, product sampling and education stations during in-store demonstrations
- Timely completion of all event reports, paperwork, and on-going training commitments
- Partner with sales & FMM to execute marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
- Perform budtender educations, gather store contact information and educate store staff
- Represent our portfolio of brands at events and provide product knowledge to patients and consumers
- Travel around the state as necessary
Requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience in field marketing and/or marketing space
- High School Diploma preferred
- Previous experience planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
- Strong communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven Fun Person that can express excitement and enthusiasm about our cannabis products

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met. Due to the nature of our business, it is advocated that when representing Trulieve that our professionalism meets the needs of the medical patient base that we respectively serve. To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service. In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve's objective in serving our patient base with excellent customer service.

Duties
Reporting to the CEO, the controller is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the financial condition of the company. This is the senior financial position in the company. The company is established but requires a complete overhaul of its accounting procedures and reporting. This is an ideal position to run the accounting department in a rapidly growing company.
Specific duties
Establish appropriate chart of accounts for internal reporting, tax reporting and investor reporting.
Create procedures for daily positing of all financial transactions including sales, purchases, payroll and other expenses.
Create month end reporting procedures to create an accurate P & L , Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and sales, payroll and bank reconcilement procedures.
Supervise bookkeeping function to insure accurate posting to Quick Books
Create subsidiary ledgers and reports as appropriate
Determine appropriate allocation of expenses among multiple affiliated companies
Develop cost accounting process to analyze and monitor production and overhead expenses
Work with external accounting firms to confirm and establish appropriate chart of accounts and posting procedures.
Work with external accounting firm to prepare financial report for an external audit and tax reporting
Create filing system to maintain all sales and expense transaction for possible IRS audit.
Transition from a cash base to an accrual base accounting process
Qualifications
CPA preferred but demonstrated understanding and experience with the duties outlined above.
Degree in accounting required
Experience as a controller or senior financial analyst in a medium to large company preferred

Your new responsibilities

- The position is in a remote location. Domestic and international travel will be required at least 50% of the time.
What we look for
- Bachelors of Science in Horticulture, Agronomy or related field, Master's degree a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in commercial applications with emphasis in production and lighting. Direct experience with production/growing preferable but not mandatory; deep understanding of irrigation, HVAC, IPM practices, fertilization, etc.
- Foundational electrical/construction experience a plus.
- Proven track record of building productive, trust-based relationships with customers across a range of roles in production, growing, operations, and pest management.
- Basic understanding of commercial ag financials for producers and therefore how Fluence solutions will help improve customer's financial metrics.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Dispensary Monitoring Agent is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, and reporting incidents or suspicious behavior to Store Manager(s). The Dispensary Monitoring Agent will monitor the store’s surveillance system during operating hours at a static location within the dispensary.
- Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment
- Ensure that date and time stamps on videos are accurate and that camera views are not obstructed
- Reports any and all incidents and suspicious behavior to Store Manager
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities

- If the dispensary has been notified in writing by the Department or its authorized agents, law enforcement, or other Federal, State, or local government officials of a pending criminal or administrative investigation for which a recording may contain relevant information, the dispensary shall retain an unaltered copy of the recording for 4 years or until the investigation or proceeding is closed or the entity conducting the investigation or proceeding notifies the dispensary that it is not necessary to retain the recording whichever is longer.

The Dispensary Monitoring Analyst is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, and reporting incidents or suspicious behavior to Store Manager(s). The Dispensary Monitoring Analyst will monitor the store's surveillance system during operating hours at a static location within the dispensary.
- Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment
- Ensure that date and time stamps on videos are accurate and that camera views are not obstructed
- Reports any and all incidents and suspicious behavior to Store Manager
- Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities

Immediately notify VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period
- If the dispensary has been notified in writing by the Department or its authorized agents, law enforcement, or other Federal, State, or local government officials of a pending criminal or administrative investigation for which a recording may contain relevant information, the dispensary shall retain an unaltered copy of the recording for 4 years or until the investigation or proceeding is closed or the entity conducting the investigation or proceeding notifies the dispensary that it is not necessary to retain the recording whichever is longer.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service in retail.
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person
- Occasionally requires local travel, as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
- Frequently sitting
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds

PDS companies cultivate cannabis in environmentally friendly greenhouses, manufacture pharmaceutical-grade cannabis extracts in state-of-the-art labs, and offer their products for sale to qualifying patients who meet with a specially trained licensed pharmacist at retail dispensaries and online.
PDS is looking for a part-time patient care coordinator. Our successful candidates will have the opportunity to interact with qualified medical cannabis patients all around the state of Pennsylvania.
Job Responsibilities: Serves patients eligible for cannabis-based medications.
Patient Care Coordinator (not all-inclusive): We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team player for Cannabis dispensaries in Pennsylvania
- Participates in our startup team as we develop policies, medications, and systems
- Completes dispensary operational requirements by maintaining an organized workflow
- Maintains vigilance for patient medication safety
- Assists patients and families through the dispensary process
