The Outreach Manager builds and manages key relationships within local communities to promote customer growth in our stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide medical card application and renewal assistance to patients

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent required.
- 3+ years' experience in event planning and community outreach required.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.
- Comfortable with high-volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves."
- Operate with autonomy and discretion.
- Have good judgement, initiative, attention to detail, and drive for change.
- Able to get organizational support, build ownership and commitment, make strategic decisions, and develop others.
