DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

As an Inventory Manager, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to motivate and mentor 20+ employees. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Trulieve the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.

• Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
• Working knowledge of P&L and retail business operations including controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
• Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute and enforce compliance efforts.
• Support and partner with management on inventory and training management.
• Assume all duties of a key-holding employee with opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Ability to assist with customer and employee issues, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, complaints, suggestions and compliments.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS *

• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Must successfully pass state law requirements to obtain applicable licensure and credentials.
• Proper employment documentation; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a retail, hospitality, and/or sales setting with a focus on customer experience is preferred.
• Prior people management and key-holding experience is preferred.
• Cannabis experience and/or knowledge is strongly preferred

Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

The Security Agent/PCR will be based out of Charleston, WV or Huntington, WV or Parkersburg, WV and reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for daily surveillance duties, random and scheduled site inspections, and overall security at the facility. The Security Agent will perform routine patrols, will assist in investigations regarding suspected theft or diversion, and will coordinate and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and/or authorized representatives of the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Program (WVMCP), as necessary. The Security Agent will ensure a safe and secure environment across all sites and at all times. The security agent will also engage in one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they walk into the retail area until they check out and exit the store. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state is required. Providing an excellent patient experience is paramount at our dispensaries. Our goal is that patients become long term customers because of our service, products, and our approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company security policies and procedures at all times
• Participate in ongoing security training
• Monitor surveillance cameras
• Perform routine perimeter checks inside and outside of the facility
• Utilize company radios for communication
• Implement appropriate security and safety measures to deter and prevent unauthorized entry to the facility or unauthorized access to areas containing inventory, money, or sensitive materials including confidential documents
• Monitor suspicious activity, contact law enforcement when necessary, and report all incidents to appropriate company management, including the Security Supervisor
• Develop and implement security procedures to prevent theft, loss, or diversion
• Provide documentation and reports of any adverse incidents, cooperating with management, law enforcement, and the Department, as needed
• Ensure proper operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and spearhead calls for equipment repairs as needed, in conjunction with the Security Supervisor, Facility Manager, and IT Technician
• Verify identification of any visitors attempting to enter the facility and escort visitors as necessary, in compliance with OMC and company rules and regulations
• Maintain a log of visitors granted and denied access to the facility
• Ensure secure transport of medical marijuana to licensed receiving facilities, in conjunction with the Security Supervisor and Secure Transport Agents
• Follow established policies for sales, intake, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
• Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
• Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
• Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
• Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Maintenance of an organized and clean store
• Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
• Reporting of employee issues or patient situations

The Green Remedy is the leading medical cannabis clinic in multiple states. We are currently looking for compassionate MDs or DOs that believe in medicinal cannabis as an alternative to traditional medication to join our West Virginia team.

The position offers flexible part-time hours. Our head office is located in Philadelphia, however, due to COVID-19 all physicians are currently working remotely.

Our advocates and nurses handle all prescreening, intake paperwork and scheduling using a HIPAA compliant EMR. Your responsibility will be to review the patient's medical documentation provided, perform a non-invasive visit and certify the qualifying patient.

You will be paid based on each patient that is certified. Appointments typically do not last any longer than 10 minutes. That includes the time it takes to upload their patient certification to the online portal. These appointments are conducted via telephone and/or zoom.

Our physicians must:

- have a valid WV medical license

- be willing to complete (or have already completed) any board required courses in medical cannabis and register with the Department of Health

- have an availability of at least 3 hours per week

- be willing to sign off on medical cannabis certifications for a variety of conditions such as, crohn's disease, PTSD, cancer, severe chronic pain, HIV, anxiety, etc...

- have access to a functioning computer, with internet access to upload certifications immediately after an appointment

These examinations are non-invasive and you will be paid per patient bi-weekly.

The Dispensary Manager provides support to all Product Specialists, Patient Care Consultants, and Medical Professionals, which includes scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides the highest level of patient care and customer service.
• Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
• Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
• Provides superior customer service for patients and caregivers.
• Opens and closes the store.
• Schedules staff and submits payroll.
• Receives shipments and handles deliveries.
• Keeps track of inventory daily as well as conducts monthly inventory audits.

• Makes sure all staff is fully trained and performing to the best of their ability.

Qualifications:

Five years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs preferred. Previous management experience strongly preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:

In compliance with the state of West Virginia all employees of TerraVida Holistic Centers who come in contact with or handle medicinal cannabis, including medicinal cannabis infusion products, must be at least 18 years of age.

Team members must also successfully pass the West Virginia Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training, West Virginia Compliance Solutions (green-flower.com).
