- Support the General Manager in all store initiatives
- Learn the ins and outs of the point of sale system
- Review and assist in receiving all deliveries with diligence and accuracy and in accordance with company and state regulations
- Support the organization of inventory, including special patient orders, employee patient samples, and weekly deals
- Track various sales metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively intervene in employee performance issues and provide effective coaching
- Assist with training, development, and motivation of staff according to company guidelines and values
- Assist in conducting nightly and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines to ensure there is no diversion of inventory, and effectively respond to discrepancies
- Prepare and effectively lead state inspectors through unannounced inspections
- Support efforts to maintain records for all necessary documents: delivery and inventory manifests, nightly and monthly inventory counts, necessary employee, and patient/customer information, log books, inventory adjustments, and destruction reports
- Ability to manage time and respect protocol under fast-paced retail conditions is a must.

- Grow KSS portfolio assortment and revenue within defined territory
- Travel to dispensaries to present product portfolio to managers and buyers

What we’re looking for…
- Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis is strongly preferred

- Proficiency using Google Suite and Microsoft Office

The Patient Counselor will work to ensure excellent patient service, provide effective patient consultations, and ensure the distribution of only quality products to patients. The Patient Counselor assesses the individual needs of patients, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess individual patient needs by asking patients questions regarding their medical conditions and symptoms, carefully listening to patient responses, and further clarifying as needed to determine what type of alternative care might support their conditions
- Participate in continuous training on medical conditions, symptoms, and alternative healing therapies
- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for patients, staff and visitors
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines as provided in employee training
