- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping

- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.

As the Assistant Dispensary Manager you will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching
- Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions

PharmLabs Coachella location is the only operating and accredited cannabis laboratory in the entire Coachella Valley. Position Summary:
Our ideal candidate is computer savvy, great on the phones and loves interacting with a diverse group of people. Our clients come from a wide variety of industries and cannabis science knowledge, so strong interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
Being well versed in the Emergency Regulations released by the Bureau of Cannabis Control under the MAUCRSA is an important part of this role. As regulations continue to change with state legislature, it will be important to stay up to date and understand how changes can affect our services and day to day operations.
As the face of PharmLabs, our ideal candidate would serve as a brand ambassador; answering phones, responding to email inquiries and greeting walk-in clients. Knowledge about our testing services and cannabis products will be an important part of this role to help support to our clients successfully. An understanding of the basics of chemical and biological analytical chemistry is important to communicate testing results with clients and describing our services.
Candidates must be detail oriented. Part of this role is the intake of client test samples and inputting them into the Laboratory Information Management System as well as ensuring products are correctly labeled for testing by the Laboratory staff.

- Support Social Media efforts, posting and responding on behalf of the brand and creation of content for centralized social media efforts.
- Sending new client welcome emails
- Adding new client emails to the newsletter distribution list
- Contributes to Monthly Newsletter
- Clean floors, bathroom, dusting and empty trash
- Track office supplies needed and report to Operations Manager
- Refill office educational information as needed
- Take and deliver messages
- Monitors visitor access to the Laboratory
- Interacts and coordinates with various vendors
- Provides ongoing support to Laboratory staff
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail; prepares outgoing mail and ensures it is mailed
- Receives and processes deliveries
- Drafts correspondence, generates reports and other documents
- Attends industry events and mixers
- Creates and maintains forms necessary to the operation of the Laboratory
- Ensures reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Performs a variety of other duties as assigned

Position Description:
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized individual responsible for all things compliance at the dispensary level. This role will work with the Dispensary Manager to ensure that all safety, communication, regulations, label and packaging are adhered to on a company and state level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate regulation changes and information from corporate compliance to your location and ensure proper execution of changes.
- Will be responsible for the creation of new SOP's or updating existing SOP based on regulation and policy changes.
- Be involved in the monthly audit process and ensure all audits are properly filed and maintained in SharePoint.
- Research and resolve any product discrepancies
- Safety Coordinator for your location responsible for holding monthly meetings, safety training for your location and updating safety boards.
- Verify all packaging and labeling on all items from our Webster facility and wholesale vendors to ensure compliance with the CCC regulations.
- Follow up on test results and ensure all certificates are placed in the employees file.
- Work with Director of Compliance to schedule all Responsible Vendor Training Classes for your location for new employees and renewals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend quarterly Compliance Meetings
- Must stay up to date on all regulations as it pertains to the Dispensary; medical, adult use or co-located
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of data management and/or auditing experience
- Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouse including advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs
- Enjoys solving complex data problems and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
Physical Requirements:
Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires normal range of hearing. Requires close vision with the ability to see color and adjust focus. Requires lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.
