The Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team and will help verify and ensure the accuracy of the data coming from the Cultivation Departments in Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, & Pennsylvania. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and cultivation information from the seed to sale system (METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and our internal systems. The Data Specialist will also be responsible for assisting in any reporting duties completed by the Analytics Team. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of Dynamics NAV, seed to sales systems, Google Sheets, and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Compliance, and Processing management as well as team members within those departments. The Data Specialist is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Base Pay: $20.75/ Hour + Medical Benefits, 401K & PTO
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Pesticide application is required
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

Standing, walking, working with hands/arms at an extended horizontally or above head position for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.
Will be required to put on full gear for specific tasks, e.g. pesticide application requires fully covered appropriate gear.

Job Description
The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.
- Train future team members as necessary.
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner

The Senior Processing Manager is responsible for managing all of Pharmacann Infused products, kitchen,
packaging and extraction lab and its day-to-day activities at a specific site. All policies and standard

With guidance and supervision from the QA Manager this position supports the Quality Assurance organization and is responsible for the daily execution of all medical cannabis quality processes as assigned for both operations. The incumbent will work within company standards and the applicable state regulations.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Auditing all processes to ensure both internal and external regulations (New York Office of Cannabis Management (NYOCM) standards are being adhered to.
- Floor presence throughout the day in all manufacturing areas.
- Oversee cleaning procedure, inspecting equipment and work area, ATP surface testing of the addition processes now in production.
- Ensuring auditing and manufacturing documentation is kept up to date.
- Review of cGMP documents to ensure company processes comply and maintain Quality Assurance documentation.
- Develop the standard measurements for processes to be compared against then inspect and test processes and procedures.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new manufacturing process, send them out for review then approval finally entering them into the QMS Veeva system
- Write batch records for all new processes send them out for review then approval finally entering them into the QMS Veeva system
- Assist in maintaining the QMS Veeva System.
- Increase raw materials entering the site where Quality will need to do inspection of and release the materials to manufacturing.
- Assist in training production staff on quality all new procedures, protocols, and documentation
- Coordinate investigation of quality issues with manufacturing and customer complaints
- Review, approve and communicate all investigation root cause and follow up with corrective action with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of core processes to ensure manufacturing quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized.
- Initiate annual reviews of SOPs and batch records.
- Assist the QA Analyst in Massachusetts when needed (note: the QA Analyst there do not have any backups).

Purpose
This person provides security and safety to customers and employees. In order to adequately protect

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Base Pay: $20.75/ Hour + Medical Benefits, 401K & PTO
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management

Purpose
The Manager of Post Harvest is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational workflow from processing harvest plants to final packaging of the flower product at the Hamptonburgh, NY cultivation facility. This position is accountable for building and developing departments of staff to be trained and follow the standard operating procedures, prepared with the proper equipment within the Post Harvest department to achieve a consistent, high quality packaged product. The Manager of Post Harvest will exemplify the highest level of effective leadership, communication, and professionalism to achieve the daily and weekly objective for the cultivation facility. This role will be asked to maintain compliant, safe, and consistent production expectations, along with guiding the progressions of the department through analytics, technology, and equipment advancements. This role will report to the General Manager of Cultivation to direct and manage the Post Harvest department.
Essential Duties
Leadership Procedures & Tasks
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Post Harvest department for the Hamptonburgh, NY cultivation facility from processing harvested plants to final packaging of cannabis flower.
- This position is responsible for the management of the Post Harvest department operational workflow, supporting the leadership to achieve daily and weekly objectives, training, coordinating and developing staff to improve efficiencies, and problem solving and conflict resolution towards plants, equipment, room conditions, and staff. Effectively analyze and direct the progress of the department productivity and execution utilizing collected data, evolving expectations, collaborating with relevant department leadership, and researching and developing processes and equipment. Managing the department leadership to continuously evolve in productivity and accuracy towards the different tasks and objectives.
- Working in conjunction with, but not limited to, the General Manager of Cultivation, and leadership from the Production, R&D , Analytics, Processing, C&A, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Security.
- Providing effective leadership to employees to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to PharmaCann's vision, mission, and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale. Support the General Manager of Cultivation with facility events as needed.
- Be able to provide assistance to the General Manager of Cultivation towards manufacturing projects, and then proactively and creatively achieve effective results within a given budget and by a deadline.
- Achieve and participate in the coordination of practices and processes to evolve and maintain the department under GMP protocols. Work closely with the Quality Assurance leadership to ensure commitment to the updating of practices.
- Managing and supporting the department towards staff planning, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, transferring, promoting, demoting, and termination as necessary to achieve professional, compliant, safe, and production results. Responsible for the execution of proper training, annual reviews, and employee engagement exercises for the Production department.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager of Cultivation.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the General Manager of Cultivation assigned to the state of New York. This position is expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the cultivation facilities assigned. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to clearly lead and direct the cultivation facilities to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.
- Training towards PharmaCann's mission statement and leadership development.
- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Ensure Post Harvest machinery and rooms are operating properly at all times, and prepared to support coordination and resolution with relevant departments and contractors when maintenance, troubleshooting, or broken equipment become a concern.
- Provide direction and training to Post Harvest department staff with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area. Support the management of Post Harvest departments towards procuring proper supplies and equipment, with recurring purchasing coordination with the Supply Chain department for essential replenishments towards workflow.
- Provide management and direction towards processes of sanitizing, organizing, maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, workspace functionality, and supplies to maintain proper organization of the cultivation facility.
- Provide communication and collaboration with supporting departments, such as and not limited to, Facilities, Safety, C&A, Quality Assurance, and IT, to resolve equipment, technology, and operational issues then prevent standard operating workflow.
- Support the management of cultivation departments towards noticeable environmental or product quality concerns. Address them by finding solutions to resolve and maintain best practices.
Compliance and Reporting
- Direct the Post Harvest department staff in upholding current laws and regulations towards the cultivation facility. Adapt to updated laws and regulations to implement safe and effective practices to sustain highest quality standards and efficiencies.
- Oversee the inventory tracking and reporting for cannabis product throughout the Post Harvest workflow.
- Direct the Post Harvest department staff in training and supervision to ensure compliance of the cultivation facility. Manage, coordinate, train, coach, supervise, discipline, and analyze with staff to maintain compliant practices and workflow. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be addressed, reported, and resolved. Communication with appropriate leadership to ensure resolution.
- Direct the leadership of the Post Harvest department towards the communication and collaboration with other supporting departments, such as and not limited to, Analytics, C&A, and Quality Assurance to ensure workflow operation maintains proper reporting, tracking, and compliance with laws, regulations, and company practices.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the General Manager of Cultivation.
- This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the Post Harvest department for the Hamptonburgh, NY cultivation facility. Managing staff, including hiring and developing, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving employee issues.
- Ensure that individual and team performance meets PharmaCann's standards of service and quality.
- Supervise the Post Harvest department attendance, time off balances, time off requests, pay change requests, position change requests, and all other attendance and documentation related procedures/processes.

Work Experience

Job Summary
The Cultivation Technician II is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming, irrigation, and pest management in adherence to cannabis laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean greenhouse environment to include removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools, and adherence to cultivation master sanitation schedule
- Monitors and assists other Cultivation Technicians as part of a high-performance team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Under the guidance of the Cultivation Manager, will be able to manage and troubleshoot the Hortimax Greenhouse system, as needed
- Have a deep understanding of plant health issues (i.e. IPM, fertigation, etc.) and able to recommend and implement solutions
- Will interact with ERP systems (NAV) for tag/batch creation and inventory reconciliation, as needed
- Mentors and trains Cultivation Technician I's on standard processes and operating procedures
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner
- Knows, understands and applies fundamental principles of cultivation SOP and sanitation in the field in a practical manner. Manages daily tasks to SOPs

- Must be 21 years old
- Exceptional attention to detail; commitment to product quality, initiative to learn new skills, maintain satisfactory attendance, successful conflict resolution skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment. Understands the fundamental principles of cultivation, integrated pest management, and greenhouse sanitation and applies them in a practical manner.

The successful System Support Analyst 1 will be responsible for functionality and maintenance, upgrades, installs
and monitoring of software, hardware, and overall system functional specifications. This position will be
responsible to review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business

The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.

- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Pesticide application is required
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Standing, walking, working with hands/arms at an extended horizontally or above head position for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.
Will be required to put on full gear for specific tasks, e.g. pesticide application requires fully covered appropriate gear.

Job Description
The Post Harvest Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Carries out all procedures and performs all duties in an efficient manner that also complies with industry regulations, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures.
- Ensures proper recording of data required by PharmaCann SOPs including but not limited to wet flower weight, dry flower weight, and waste weight.
- Understands and adheres to the sanitation plan for trim and dry rooms as directed by management.
- Assists with the accurate recording of data into inventory control systems.
- Performs in-process and post-process testing and conducts visual inspections to ensure all product and equipment meets or exceeds PharmaCann's specifications.
- Monitor processing conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures.
- Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process.
- Monitoring and recording dry and trim room conditions as needed.
- Experience operating/maintaining trimming equipment and other machinery.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of cannabis flower at various checkpoints during the trim to dry process.
- Perform daily balance checks and calibrations, and confidently calculate Tare-Weight Gross-Weight.
- Train future team members as necessary.

Job Description
The Refining and Post-Processing Scientist is familiar with the basic understanding of thermodynamics principles and wet chemistry techniques. They work independently, and have the ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one to another.
The Refining and Post-Processing Scientist is responsible for the daily processing of raw extract by winterizing, dewaxing, distilling, decarboxylating, and purifying.
They will be utilizing PLC driven systems to achieve high purity precursors by removing impurities from extract through numerous separative techniques, determining the potency of refined cannabis oils, maintaining a clean and organized work environment; and logging all activities involving any cannabis product.
They safely and effectively purify the cannabis extracts into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, solid dosages, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.

- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry

Job Summary
The Compounding Scientist will be responsible for safely and effectively producing lots of bulk formulation ready for packaging into high quality, food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application by registered patients.
They will be utilizing lab and production scale mixing equipment to blend cannabis oil into homogenous, specific cannabinoid ratios, and compound a variety of bulk formulations, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment; and logging all activities involving any cannabis product. They calculate per-batch requirements to achieve accurate dosing in finished products.

Job Description
PharmaCann is seeking a Research and Development Scientist to join our expanding R&D team in Hamptonburgh, NY who will assist in developing the final product formulation, process procedures and packaging of cannabis based dosage forms.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Conducting experimental design and execution of lab scale, pilot scale developmental batches to support the final formulation and processes for cannabis based dosage forms including capsules, tablets, oral liquids, concentrates, topicals etc.
- Evaluation and selection of active, inactive raw materials and packaging components for various products
- Formulate laboratory test batches to support product development, regulatory submissions and analytical method development
- Development of research scale dosage forms, and scale up manufacturing dosage forms and processes
- Perform technology transfer of developed processes and procedures to scale up activities in Hamptonburgh and other PharmaCann locations
- Participate in activities leading to Technical Transfer, process validation and commercial production troubleshooting
- Clearly document all data generated and report all research work performed - includes creation and documentation of study and experimental protocol, development of experimental process, identification and corrections of developmental and manufacturing issues/problems/ observations and writing formulation development reports
- Prepare and update daily, monthly report and Drug Development Plan on experimental activities and results
- Conduct in-process and finished dosage form product testing in conjunction with the Analytical chemistry team
- Assist in the general operation of the R & D formulation laboratory, including maintenance of SOP’s, training and equipment validation or maintenance, lab supplies, R&D raw materials, equipment set-up and cleaning
- Individual should have familiarity with pharmaceutical unit operations and equipment; blending, encapsulation, tablet compression and coating etc.
- Additional responsibilities can also be assigned to support business needs
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Additional duties include:
- Performing his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry

- Continually strive and work with the Production Team to improve PharmaCann’s processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing
- Carrying out all duties described above in an efficient manner that also complies with all GMP’s, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP’s and all applicable required procedures
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will hold a MS degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemical or Life Science with a minimum of 5 years related experience in pharmaceutical dosage form development or a BS degree with 10 years related experience or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience in a related industry (15 plus years)

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company’s cultivation operation fromvseedling to harvest.
Duties and responsibilities
ï‚· Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning,
transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
ï‚· Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms
and tools used on a daily basis
ï‚· Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems.
ï‚· Meets all required activity performance counts
ï‚· Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited
manner.
ï‚· Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
ï‚· Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
ï‚· High school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of experience; must be 21 years old
ï‚· Attention to detail; shows initiative to learn; is punctual and dependable; is cooperative; has a team-oriented work
ethic; this is an entry level position
ï‚· Production greenhouse experience a plus

Job Description
The Packaging Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist in monitoring and managing processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with PharmaCann SOP’s and all applicable manufacturing procedures
- Perform in-process and post-process sample acquisitions according to protocols or batch records
- Support new product lines and process development as needed
- Be willing and able to be cross-trained to work alongside other PharmaCann team members with manufacturing, harvesting, drying and weighing of PharmaCann’s broad medical cannabis product line as needed
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Train future new team members as necessary
Qualifications
Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of applicable experience in filling, manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
