QUALIFICATIONS:

A fast-paced cannabis production facility is looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in the compliance/data entry field. We are seeking a full time Data Entry Clerk. This position is described herein and is an integral part of the team. The candidate will work closely with the Cultivation, Packaging, and Extraction teams to ensure compliance for all material inventories within each team. Candidate must possess multi-tasking qualities, dependable, punctual, hardworking, highly motivated and extremely organized.
Responsibilities
Facility/Warehouse/Office
- Assist with Warehouse Inspections and removal of waste material
- Cannabis material data tracking
- Monitor and report facility supply inventory
- Work with all teams producing material for logging and data collection

Physical Demands: Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
Some heavy lifting may be required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment. Must be comfortable operating and troubleshooting label printing equipment.
Work Environment: The job is performed indoors in a traditional laboratory setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, facemasks, or hat are required as needed. Activities include extended periods of sitting or standing and extensive work using laboratory and packaging equipment and machinery.

The Extraction Technician will assist with processing of crude concentrates used for cannabis infused products. Successful candidate will have strong organizational and observational skills, be able to adapt detailed processes to changing conditions, and work well with delicate instruments/systems. Successful candidates will possess a passion for fine machinery, delicate processes, and the intricacies of scientific processing equipment. The Extraction Technician will report directly to our Production Manager.
Experience
- Lab experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Experience working with delicate systems a plus
- Experience taking detailed notes
- Experience working with distillation equipment a plus

The Cultivation Assistant will be a part of a staff of 10-15 and will assist with the production of medical cannabis under the Hawaii Medical Cannabis Program. Successful candidates will possess a passion for horticulture, plant biology, and various forms of agriculture. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
This position will reside in a production environment in Haleiwa and will be a part of the execution of Cure Oahu's cannabis production operations. Production Assistants will help ensure the company's ability to produce the highest quality product along with maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area.
