We are looking for an energetic and flexible Patient Care Coordinator . The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for working alongside a healthcare team in a retail cannabis dispensary environment. This individual will work with our diverse patient population and exemplify excellent customer service skills. This position reports to the Director of Patient Services.

- Maintains and safeguards entrusted confidential information; maintains vigilance for patient medication safety.

We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing and talented team! The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the Cannabis Patient Center (CPC) team in a retail environment.

Job Description: The Inventory Specialist position provides support to the Compliance and Legal Team, by working under the supervision of the Inventory Manager on tasks related to wholesale fulfillment, inventory counts, inventory audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the BioTrack system. This position requires a team member with inventory management, auditing, or product fulfillment experience, ideally in the cannabis industry.

- Understand and follow all state inventory control regulations.
- Under the supervision and guidance of the Inventory Manager, execute and oversee processes for picking, packaging, and document preparation for wholesale orders.
- Assist and provide support to the Security Transport Team in final preparation of wholesale orders for transportation and delivery.
- Conduct inventory counts, including physical counts and weight audits, according to SOP and work instructions.
- Report inventory audit findings to the Inventory Manager.
- Work closely with members of cultivation and production teams to ensure accurate record keeping of plant material.
- Complete assigned data entry and reporting using Excel and seed to sale system.
- Work collaboratively with team members from other departments.
- Support the overall mission and duties of the inventory management team.

What you will do
We are looking for an energetic and flexible Patient Care Coordinator . The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for working alongside a healthcare team in a retail cannabis dispensary environment. - Maintains and safeguards entrusted confidential information; maintains vigilance for patient medication safety.

We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing and talented team! The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the Cannabis Patient Center (CPC) team in a retail environment.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Participates in helping develop policies and process in relationship to regulations, medication and systems.

What you will do
We are looking for an energetic and flexible Patient Care Coordinator . The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for working alongside a healthcare team in a retail cannabis dispensary environment. This individual will work with our diverse patient population and exemplify excellent customer service skills. This position reports to the Director of Patient Services.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Maintains and safeguards entrusted confidential information; maintains vigilance for patient medication safety.
- Assists customers with all aspects of preparing, setting up, and finalizing the dispensation process for medication as regulated by the office of medical cannabis.
- Completes CPC operational requirements by maintaining an organized workflow, verifying preparation, and labeling of medications, verifying order entries and charges.
- Utilizes computer systems and programs appropriately for daily operations such as patient communication, refill orders, making appointments and home deliveries. Facilitates thorough and accurate input of patient and provider demographic information in seed-to-sale software system.
- Maintains cash register and accountability for assigned drawer; completes opening/closing procedures as assigned.
- Complies with state law and all regulations and provides oversight for overall dispensary compliance under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Understands and stays up to date on state regulations pertaining to medical cannabis.
- Participates in recordkeeping and reporting necessary for State Compliance.
- Attends staff meetings, continuing education, as directed.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with custodial procedures, rules, and regulations. Must adhere to infection-control standards such as handwashing.
- Assists patients and caregivers through the dispensary process/experience.
- Educates patients on the proper use and storage of medical cannabis medications.
- Follows the Green Goods customers service model.
- Works with supervisors to set and accomplish goals.
- Completes opening/closing procedures as assigned.
- Responds to all patient communication platforms (Text, Emails, Voicemail, ETC.)
- Troubleshoots to solve patient issues regarding the usage of their cannabis products.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency with MS Office required
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to change in the work environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Flexible availability including but not limited to weekends and evenings.

The Patient Care Coordinator is an integral part of the Red Barn Growers dispensary team. This position reports to the store manager. The Patient Care Coordinator receives patients, is knowledgeable about cannabis, provides excellent customer service, works well with colleagues, and contributes to the overall atmosphere of a Red Barn Growers dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Red Barn Growers standards.
- Possess knowledge about cannabis and how it works with the body, and express interest in furthering one's education about medical cannabis.
- Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards colleagues, patients, and vendors.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance and project trustworthiness and maturity.
- Adhere to NMMCP guidelines.
- Represent Red Barn Growers philosophy on customer service and customer relationships.
- Clean and organize the shop as directed.
- Be knowledgeable of the POS system and know how to process a transaction.
- Stock inventory as needed or requested by manager.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and 1-3 years experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Retail, cash handling, and Point-Of-Sale experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills.
- Must be 21 years old and pass criminal State background check.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Flexible availability (nights and weekends are sometimes required).
