Responsibilities

*Help all patients in accordance with Sanctuary’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives. *Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. *Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store. *Help patients make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients. *Complete any work assigned during scheduled shift including: *Correct cash handling and discount application *Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients *Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system *Maintenance of hard copy files (when required) *Security measures and safety compliance *Maintenance of an organized and clean store *Management of visitor log *Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers *Reporting of employee issues or patient situations *Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints.
Qualifications

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Dispensary Associate
Department: Retail

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery.
- Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed.
- Assess inventory in the live inventory room, transfer items as needed, and complete daily inventory counts.
- Review inventory overages and shortages and submit inventory needs to the logistics.
- Review accessory needs with the manager and order as needed.
- Enter merchandise into the point-of-sale system when received.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.

Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Ensure that all communication with potential customers and current patients are meeting company standards.
- Serve as a patient advocate, educator, and customer service representative, and ensure patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that each patient has a high-quality, valuable, and industry-leading experience when interacting with the company, ensuring that Liberty Health Sciences Florida is positioned as the medical cannabis provider of choice in Florida.
- Fulfill orders properly, including the correct label, patient label and proper packaging procedures are being followed.
- Consult patients and/or dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a professional interaction with both staff members and patients while also participating in team building exercises.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.

- Ensure that all communication with potential customers and current patients are meeting company standards.
- Serve as a patient advocate, educator, and customer service representative, and ensure patients are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that each patient has a high-quality, valuable, and industry-leading experience when interacting with the company, ensuring that Liberty Health Sciences Florida is positioned as the medical cannabis provider of choice in Florida.
- Fulfill orders properly, including the correct label, patient label and proper packaging procedures are being followed.
- Consult patients and/or dispense the company’s regulated medical cannabis products to qualified patients in accordance with company policy and in accordance with Florida medical cannabis regulations.
- Maintain a professional interaction with both staff members and patients while also participating in team building exercises.

Sanctuary Medicinals in Fort Pierce, FL is looking for one assistant general manager cannabis dispensary to join our 7 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
The most essential skill and duty of any Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Sanctuary is to help the General Manager (GM) provide an environment that delights not only the patient, but also the team they lead. This leader will assist in the hiring/terminations, development, and training of all Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC) personnel, requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills in line with the company vision. In the absence of the GM the AGM will be the acting leadership of the store. AGM's are responsible for maintaining the operations and profitability of a MMTC in the State of Florida, while strongly supporting the General Manager in attaining goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, among other duties.

Helping attain location goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections.

Helping manage a budget and ensuring that the location operates within that budget.
Helping monitor locations P&L reports, managing payroll and overhead costs.
Addressing operational problems that arise and appraising GM.
Ensuring that customer service levels are consistently excellent at their location.
Seeks to become familiar and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the General Manager
Making recommendations to GM when required.
General Manager Requirements:
*Preferred* Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college / university; and 2 years of retail management experience, leading in a high-volume retail sales environment or equivalent combination of education.
Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets and leading teams of professionals.

ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met, and company funds are secured.

- Activate or deactivate the alarms as applicable.
- Conduct batch inventory count

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist on delivery’s as applicable
- Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
- Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research

- Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis

ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manger is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, providing, solid product knowledge and all other components of exemplary guest service.
· Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each individual member of the team.
· Train, supervise and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's
· Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
· Ensure departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review and submission of reports, preparation of policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through monthly one on one meetings with team members and audits.

Summary Compiles and verifies inventory records to confirm product compliance requirements are met by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree prior to position start date or High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of retail supervisory experience.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head Grower tree nursery professional to lead the company’s overall tree production program by leveraging internal resources and external opportunities with partners and customers.
The Head Grower role reports to the Director of Tree Operations and requires strong project management, leadership, communication and presentation skills. More importantly, the ideal Head Grower candidate will have extensive experience in growing and finishing tree crops in the greenhouse, nursery and field operations setting. The candidate will require strong demonstrated skills on seed storage and germination, various tree grafting techniques, vegetative propagation techniques, irrigation / fertigation, pest and disease management, inventory control and quality control. Experience in nursery automation would be desired.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties related to growing a plant from start to finish, paying close attention to the recipe of that crops production cycle.
- Manages all greenhouse staff in the growing, care and maintenance of all trees that comes under his / her responsibility.
- Manage crop production budgets.
- Incorporate automation in the production and growing process.
- Develop and manage product specifications that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Research and optimize growing methods for new varieties and for plants coming from the Tissue culture lab.
- Responsible for the management of the growing environment utilizing environment control systems to produce a superior crop.
- Develop and implement sound pest and disease management practices.
- Obtain a pesticide applicator license and assist the sprayer when needed with all pesticide application activities.
- Develop and adhere to all established protocols to maintain the varietal integrity of the plants during large scale propagation.
- Responsible for all fertilization management to the assigned crops.
- Become an expert advisor to the customers in growing the products in fields.
- Network with both internal and external growers to consistently improve product quality and production cost.
Requirements, Education and Experience
- The candidate must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without Visa support.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in the disciplines of Agriculture, Horticulture or Tree Production.
- Working knowledge in agriculture and tree crops both in the greenhouse and field.
- Five years greenhouse and field production experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong connections with research, agronomic, and production communities.
- Reside in or around Fort Pierce, Florida.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Receiving Specialist
Summary : Searching for a highly motivated, detail oriented person to manage all receiving tasks for a rapidly growing organization that has grown 5 fold in the last 3 years. Responsible to receive and document all incoming materials in your assigned location. This includes physical receipt, ensuring delivery to requestor, administration and electronic documentation of receiving documents from all suppliers.

- Receiving Specialist will be the main point of contact for all deliveries to their assigned location.
- Compare received product to packing lists to ensure accuracy of shipment
- Facilitate the return of damaged products to vendors, and work with our purchasing department to update and negotiate vendor contracts.
- This position will utilize mobile scanning equipment, maintain records via spreadsheets, read and respond to emails, as well as some manual record keeping
- This position is responsible to document and catalog three-way match of PO, receipt, and paid invoice. (scanned records of each)
- Coordinate with site inventory specialist to ensure inventory accuracy
- Working hours will be prior and after normal posted receiving hours and may change as needed for special deliveries.
- Will maintain the receiving schedule and will coordinate with vendors on dates and times of deliveries
- Responsible for maintaining inventory control and placing materials on hold and releasing materials once notified by QA
- Will count, verify and inspect all inbound materials and maintain detailed and accurate records of the same including – receiving paperwork, purchasing tracker, BOL, etc
- Will notify procurement of any shipments that have not arrived by expected ETA
