Cannabis Specialists are responsible for driving sales and improving the customer and patient experience by providing current, accurate cannabis education and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized store. Individuals must perform with an outstanding level of customer service and be able to adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the Store Manager and the owners. Individuals must always prioritize compliance and be able to facilitate patient transactions in an efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cashiering experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of POS experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Inventory Management experience.
- Possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). College graduates are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Strain/product knowledge and experience is beneficial.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Word and Excel).
- Typing proficiency.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Follow the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objective.

Duties and Expectations
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, clean, and well-organized workspace and facility.
- Ensure the facility is properly stocked with product and merchandise.
- Maintain outstanding customer service including greeting all customers and patients with a warm and friendly smile.
- Maintain a proper inventory account and account for inventory properly in the POS and other inventory/waste tracking documents.
- Able to take on receptionist duties, including but not limited to; answering phones and answering customer and patient questions, handling visitors, and notifying the Store Manager when orders arrive.
- Management of patient records and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge and enforcement of building security and ability to act accordingly in various types of emergency situations.
- Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner.
- All other duties as assigned.

Summary
Primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of data models, analytic reports, and dashboards to support the needs of a fast-moving organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and technical skills with strong knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI), visual design best practices, and experience supporting finance, sales, and/or supply chain organizations.
Responsibilities
- Understand the database structures and their business meaning in use by the organization
- Partner with organizations within the business to understand and support their analytic and data needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
- Develop and maintain data models for business reporting.
- Develop test plans and scripts maintain reporting accuracy.
- Produce analysis of business data to support various business needs and discovery.
- Produce documentation for all work products.
- Support the improvement and participation of department development operations best practices.
- Follow change control and change management policies and procedures
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with producing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Excel, SQL Server, Power BI.
- Experience using data in both structured and unstructured formats.
- SQL experience.

Position: Lab Technician for Cannabis Testing Lab
Reports To: Laboratory Supervisor
Description: The technician is responsible for performing all aspects of testing in a full service cannabis laboratory offering state mandated services to Missouri's cannabis distributors, cultivators, and manufacturers to ensure safety and accuracy. They assist supervisors in the development of new technologies and participate in documenting and implementing Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC)/Quality Inventory (QI) procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Under the general supervision of the Lab Manager, independently performs accurate intake and verification of cannabis samples
- Perform routine quality control, calibration and maintenance in accordance with established laboratory protocol
- Operate complex equipment and computer programs related to the LIS system.
- Participates in the measuring, weighing, preparation, and extraction according to established laboratory protocol
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties delegated by the Laboratory Manager.
Required Education:
Minimum requirement:
Laboratory personnel should have a Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science. Experience with Shimadzu LCMS, Agilent GCMS, Agilent ICPMS, Aria RT-PCR, and ISO 17025 is preferred.
Required Certification/License: None
Required Work Experience: Experience in a cannabis laboratory setting is preferred.
