The Qualifications

The Position
Manages the day-to-day Delivery Operations. Provides support for all delivery agents, including monitoring daily volume and employee attendance, scheduling deliveries, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for leading all aspects of delivery operations, including security for personnel loading and unloading, cash handling, product tracking/reporting in the facility's Inventory Control System/Point of Sale, customer records maintenance in the facility's internal Verification Process, security during transport of product, loss prevention, sales reporting, product/supplies purchases, internal controls oversight, asset management, and facility compliance, maintenance, and cleanliness. Ensures staff coaching and develops the delivery team and delivers the Company's promise. The Delivery Dispatcher is the critical link between the retail operations and a successful at-home customer delivery.

The Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer centric sales environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Cannabis Co. is seeking reliable Delivery Specialist to distribute products promptly to our customers who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Specialist must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities
- Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
- Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
- Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
- Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
