The Logistics Associate – Driver is responsible for making deliveries of cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of our driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicate with base location and other parties involved regarding Departure and Arrival times

WORKING CONDITIONS
- This is a hands-on, cannabis production and delivery position.
- You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment and in a delivery vehicle.
- Delivery routes will contain highway/city driving as well as suburban/rural driving.
- Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times. Delivery van seats two.
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, standing all expected activities.
- Expect to lift 25 – 35lbs regularly and weights up to 50lbs occasionally while loading and unloading transfer vehicles.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Cultivation Propagation Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Propagation Supervisor(s) and Manager in all aspects of cannabis plant management within the department. This position will be responsible for all parts of clone propagation, including mother plant care, health evaluation of stock plants and clones, while ensuring all strains grow according to company standards. Priorities include super cropping, topping, feeding, conducting rooted cuttings, acclimating rooted clones for transplant into production rooms, and transplanting stock plats while maintaining the environmental conditions of the clone room(s).

The Packaging Manager oversees the daily operation of the department and is responsible for all tasks and activities pertaining to the packaging of all produced goods. Priorities include creating packaging plans based on inventory analysis and sales trends, implementing, and coordinating product availability timelines, and ensuring the seed-to-sale software is accurately updated and *utilized. This* position requires a strong leader who is willing to grow, motivate, and develop their team. Essential Responsibilities
- Implement and manage all company policies and procedures

- Coordinate transfers of all packaged goods ready for distribution
- Track monthly productivity data used for calculating Key Performance Indicators
- Oversee audits of all bulk flower and packaged products ensuring all compliance is 100% followed
- Collaborate with all Department Managers to ensure compliance, record keeping, documentation, efficiencies, requests, and any site needs are met
- Assist in any and all areas to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success
