As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. The Store Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations for the store, which include effective performance management in coordination with the People & Culture team, execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and the patient order fulfillment processes. The Dispensary Manager oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary to include patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking and inventory control in compliance with all regulatory requirements for the state in which the dispensary is located. ROLE:
AMMA’s Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.

- The State Inventory Manager is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for all retail stores throughout Maryland. This Position oversees the entire inventory team and ensures proper inventory levels are maintained at all times with full compliance.
