JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a General Manager for our upcoming Clarksburg, WV state licensed medical cannabis dispensary. This individual must oversee the delivery of our excellent customer service in the dispensary by educating customers and patients, accurately tendering transactions, and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the dispensary.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain a distribution process that is professional and safe for all customers and in compliance to federal and state guidelines.
- Ensure all stored cannabis is accounted for and the retail store has adequate amounts of cannabis for the daily operations.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy upscale retail store. Duties include financials, physical inventory, storage of cannabis, leading a team of employees, and overseeing the cleanliness & organization of the retail store.
- Verifiable product knowledge of flower, concentrates, topicals, dosing instructions, extraction methods, and methods of consumption.
- Explain treatment procedures and use of product.
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
- Prepare labels by typing or operating a computer and printer.
- Receive, store, and inventory supplies.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
- Follows/Acknowledges the strictest Federal and State Guidelines and ensures confidentiality.

- Perform other duties as required to successfully meet department and company goals and objectives.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or four years’ experience in medical clinic and/or management experience with customer service or hospitality.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have no scheduling restrictions.
- Experience in the industry (that can be verified) is a plus.
- Experience with METRIC is a plus.
- Experience with Leaf Logix, Dutchie, or other Cannabis POS system is a plus.
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.

MEDICAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY seeking professionals to maximize our first impression on a new industry we are about to open in WV. The Next Level Wellness is a state approved, Medical Cannabis Dispensary. We will offer FT/PT positions in Management, Marketing Mgmt., Security, Budtenders, and Front Desk Receptionists. POSITION DETAILS:
We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. You will be handling sensitive equipment in the production of different cannabinoids or other substances. The ideal candidate will be willing to do what it takes to assist in development of lab practices and procedures to optimize lab productivity and reliability. This will be an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something big and advance quickly if successful with the task at hand. Candidate will have experience in working under possibly hazardous conditions (e. g. pathogens or chemicals). They will be well-trained to maintain safety conditions and will be passionate for doing work that makes things move forward. We are looking for someone to fill this position that shares our passion in producing top quality cannabinoids that help and heal, someone who will do what it takes to ensure the growth of our company and in turn grow with us.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle and Clean fragile equipment’s in an efficient matter
