Our Wholesale team is growing in IL and we are adding another Account Manager who is accountable for forging, fostering, and maintaining accounts for Ascends wholesale business. The ideal candidate has an exceptional grasp of the cannabis wholesale landscape, is able to garner positive relationships and delivers world class customer service to Ascends clients. They will curate strategies to reach and exceed revenue targets by identifying, prospecting and connecting with opportunities in the market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, and execute a comprehensive wholesale roadmap that algins to company growth strategy within their assigned territory (IL)
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with wholesale partners and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch, and manage negotiations for new wholesale partners and evaluate existing partners
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers
- Target new markets/regions for expanding wholesale
- Ability to develop effective relationships with decision makers
- Conduct pricing, cost analysis

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Part Time Dispensary Associates work between 15-29 hours a week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
- Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate, and the store is well maintained
- Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders from fulfillment areas to the sales floor for pick up
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedure
- Continuously develop product knowledge to offer customers the most up-to-date information and advice
- Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone
- Accurately use and maintain the point of sale (POS) system in person and over the phone
- Accurate cash handling, customer cart management, and ringing of customer transactions
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer
- Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and required identification for customers
- Execute inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, customer service, or other in-store operations as directed by Store Leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
- Willing to build understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry

The Sr. Director of Construction (midwest) will oversee a complex portfolio of multiple, highly complex and fasted-paced mid-to-large-size projectswith project scope ranges from $20,000,000 to $60,000,000 or more. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Clearly define and manage the overall structure, team and processes needed to successfully execute the annual capital cycle and

- Oversee forecasting of new unit opening plan throughout year to communicate accurately with C-Suite Executives and Board
- Must be able to read blueprints and partner on creation of blueprints
- Role includes external facing opportunities, including written and verbal communications (testimony, public meetings) with
elected and appointed city, state and county officials as well as the public. - Serve as subject matter expert and often serve as lead in cross-functional teams contributing to key strategic projects and
initiatives - Develop and execute functional business plans and budgets in accordance with the organization's strategic plan and key financial

Assistant ManagerThe Assistant Manager is responsible for Leading & Inspiring the Team while managing/supporting one or more of the store functions; Front of House (Sales), Back of House (Inventory & Compliance) deliver a best-in-class experience and achieving business results. This Leader will report directly to the General Manager to ensure effective, efficient operation of the dispensary. In the absence of the General Manager, the ASM will be expected to perform all management functions.Duties and Responsibilities
- Motivate and drive the Team ensure high level customer service leading to achieving business results
- Responsible for Recruiting and Hiring diverse top talent as well as maintaining a pinnacle employee experience – This includes delivering training and development for new and existing Team Members (POS, product training, salesmanship, etc.)
- Partner with GM and corporate marketing team to execute AWH vision in the dispensary as well as the community
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to facilitate seamless operations (state regulations, inventory processes, consumer journey, cash operations, scheduling, etc.)
