The Human Resources (HR) Manager manages and coordinates the HR functions for Hillfire medical cannabis products and The Landing medical cannabis dispensaries in West Virginia (WV), including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to meet the Company’s business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within corporate policy frameworks to design and implement HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures to support business and personnel needs
- Assist production and retail management in implementing HR policy, including employee training and development programs, safety and security programs, recognition, compensation, benefit and incentive plans
