What you鈥檒l be doing
- Method Development Develop, implement, and validate methods for the analysis of volatiles(terpenes, residual solvents, VOCs, etc) in cannabis, hops, environmental and food matrices. TTB analysis of alcohol in beer and spirits
- Review & analyze data. Sustain an in-depth knowledge of all procedures performed in the department and insure these procedures comply with published methods, and USP, ISO, & NELAC standards. Ensure that all quality control requirements associated with the department, including MDL/LOD/LOQ studies, SOP reviews, DOC requirements, and audit responses are completed in a timely manner.
- Contribute directly to the growth and expansion of the company Our team is dedicated to constant improvement, and is always working on new methods, and ways to optimize current methods. You will have the opportunity to develop and validate new methods within the parameters of ISO 17025
What You Bring

What you鈥檒l be doing:
- Client Acquisition: Research potential new clients, perform outreach sales calls, and cultivate new, long-lasting and rewarding relationships between IFSD/Praxis and our clients.
- Client Retention: Help retain current clients by answering sales questions, pitching new scientific analyses, and establishing an ongoing client rapport.
- Sales Approaches: Collaborate with the Chief Scientific Officer to determine strategic sales methods and avenues of opportunity.
What you bring:
- A sense of persistence, resilience, and compassion: Long-term client retention is an integral part of our culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Clients will need to have scientific testing methods explained non-technically.
- Background in science: Desired but not required; any experience in chemistry or microbiology is especially valuable.

Education, Skills & Experience:

Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 3:30. Looking for someone to start immediately.
Processor: Job consists of weighing, packaging and labeling cannabis products. Other duties include packing boxes for transport, applying barcodes, cleaning workstations, and prepping materials for packaging. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as well as be moving around the entire shift.
