This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and production activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, overseeing the nationwide fulfillment of The Clear Family of products orders. Duties will include:
- Maintain an orderly warehouse both on the floor with physical inventory and within the inventory management system.
- Monitor the flow of products into and out of warehouse and update inventory records accordingly including:
- receiving deliveries of products from shipping companies
- opening boxes, carts, containers, and other packaging to inspect all inventory
- placing inventory in proper locations within the warehouse
- picking, packing, and shipping all orders for the company per schedule
- Complete work orders from our inventory management system and maintain par levels on all inventory created at CCI warehouse
- Confirm with licensee partners that all orders have been received and collect and upload signed documents to the inventory management system.
- Pack products for shipping, including manually shrink-wrapping pallets, using machines strapping tools, and forklift trucks.
- Complete full inventory counts under supervision of Director of Procurement and complete regular cycle counts as requested.
- Drive personal vehicle for daily deliveries to postal office(s); pick up of local purchase orders; delivery of local sales orders to licensee partner; delivery of testing samples to testing facilities; and miscellaneous delivery or pick up of items at office headquarters or other locations.
- Work with vendors on inventory issues and consult with Director of Procurement for resolution.
- Work with CCI team members as lead contact for questions about inventory.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures for CCI warehouse, including keeping daily records.
- Work closely with Director of Procurement managing activities for items that need to be reordered, depleted, become obsolete, etc.
- Operate warehouse equipment including picker stacker, pallet jack, forklift, and others.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, swept, dusted and mopped. Organize warehouse and work area for optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 yrs previous warehouse or similar experience preferred
- Attention to detail, and high level of organization.
- Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
- Dependable, timely, and reliable
- Inventory experience and experience with use of warehouse equipment, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.

The Sales Operations Specialist is the quintessential link between our sales team and our licensee partners around the county by providing the highest level of customer support for the acceleration of sales initiatives and effective processing of sales orders. Duties include:

What the job will involve
Planning, Scheduling & Growing
- Coordinate a complex schedule of crop production for conservatory displays, special events, outdoor seasonal displays, and gift shops.
- Produce all seasonal annuals, perennials, and tropical plants used throughout the gardens.
- Maintain healthy stock plants and rotating greenhouse collections.
- Monitor greenhouse temperatures, humidity, and moisture levels.
- Receive seeds, plugs, herbaceous and woody plant material for production.
- Receive and stock materials and supplies to support production operations.
- Update plant requestor and supervisor continuously on crop status.
- Maintain accurate records, files and inventories for plant propagation, plant labels, grow lights, and crop production.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Use IPM practices to identify, monitor and manage pests, diseases, and weeds.
- Implement and coordinate a biological control program.
- Record pesticide applications according to commission practice and the law.
- Keep pesticide and equipment inventories properly maintained.
- Maintain a clean growing environment.
Administrative & Supervisory Support
- Assist Supervisor in selection and ordering of plant materials, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain fertilizer application records to meet requirements of Nutrient Management Program mandated by the state of Maryland.
- Supervise seasonal staff, volunteers, and interns throughout the year.
Important Skills and Characteristics
- Proficient knowledge of plant identification, greenhouse control systems, plant cultural requirements, and disease/pest recognition.
- Broad growing knowledge of diverse plant material for indoor and outdoor display gardens and exhibits.
- Demonstrated skill in all areas of crop production.
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate of Arts Degree in Horticulture or related area plus three years of progressively responsible gardening and greenhouse/horticultural /nursery experience, or
2. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience in horticultural, greenhouse or nursery work.
3. Valid driver's license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations. Driver's licenses must be unencumbered by restrictions, revocations , suspensions, or points that could limit the employee's ability to drive Commission vehicles or perform driving duties required of their position.
4. Maryland Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator's certification.
5. Pass commission medical examination.
6. Additionally, contingent upon area of assignment, some positions in this class may

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will be responsible for managing and driving profitable business growth in the region and will work closely with the Leadership team and staff to develop strategies, tactics, and sales plans to meet or exceed our annual sales goals. This position is responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts and for converting those forecasts to order volume to PerkinElmer in a timely manner. In addition, responsibilities include developing and executing an overall market strategy involving key accounts and fostering relationships with key customer stakeholders. The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will effectively manage headcount and other budgeted expense/revenue plans to improve overall profitability.
Sales Team Development
The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will lead a group of front-line managers and sales professionals and work closely with them to achieve their territory goals through coaching, mentoring, and driving accountability around pipeline development activities. The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will identify critical skills and competencies necessary to provide best-in-class sales performance and will regularly communicate this information to the sales team. The position will require continuous scanning of the marketplace for talent and will build and manage a talent pipeline to ensure that PerkinElmer has the most talented and productive sales and frontline management team in the region. The Director role will identify skill gaps in the organization and ensure that adequate time is provided to all team members for training and development programs and experiences. The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will work in partnership with individuals and teams among sales, service, product and marketing groups to ensure that best-in-class sales and customer support objectives are consistently achieved. This individual will communicate and support established performance metrics to drive results in and will utilize established internal processes for driving performance through ongoing goal setting, results measurement, individual and team development and talent identification and deployment.
Communication
The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will provide input to peers and cross functional teams on business climate and other factors affecting the business and will analyze the competitive situation and communicate marketplace intelligence to facilitate better planning, positioning and execution. This individual will ensure that corporate communications are effectively translated and put into context to provide consistency of message to the sales team. The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will demonstrate accountability for maintaining the connection between the field and executive leadership. In addition, the Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will translate strategic goals and strategies actions and ensure effective execution in the field.
Management Reporting
The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will utilize established processes to collect and maintain sales data and, on an as-required basis, will provide unit and dollar forecasts. This role will also be responsible for ad-hoc reporting needs as needed. The Director of Food & Cannabis Sales will ensure that sales team members are providing timely forecasts based on established standards and are fully utilizing the productivity tools provided to them.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of sales management experience
Bachelors of Science degree

Demonstrated success in developing and leading growth strategies within both mature and emerging markets
Strong skill set and knowledge base in Go to Market strategies, Market analysis, channel development, org design, comp planning and a working knowledge of sales operations and marketing

- Portion and wrap 10 packages. before Mylar bagging, Individual labeling, pack, and seal Mylars Each of 2 FTE mandatory package counting 10 packages of 3 times each person per batch Gather all clean and sanitizing Storage containers needed daily
- Sanitize Storage containers, Store infusions, some at Room Temperature, Fridge or Freezer depending on edible kind Wash and towel hand dry, and polish Chocolate Molds with Alcohol
- Dry and disinfect delicate dishes, Thermometers and Scales
- Transfer Sheet cuts to proper size of molds, and apply them to fresh edibles Set up decorating components such as melting and coloring drizzles
- Drizzle, Garnish, Logo imprint use on each individual edible bite, sanitize preparation when opening the kitchen for all 3 uses Receiving and Putting away Groceries
- Work includes, table sanitizing, floors, microwave, stove, freezers and dishes dry out sinks and all flat surfaces including sanitizing as a consistent habit and closing Close the Kitchen to a clean and safe mode including signing logs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High school education or equivalent (Required)
- 1+ years work experience in a production work environment (Preferred)

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant manager oversees the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the dispensary manager.
Improves dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.
- Willing to travel to other locations for training and/or coverage
Daily Planning and Execution
- Assigns daily operational responsibilities and tasks and sets expectations for store team members and assistant managers.
Business Performance Management
- Receives exposure to analysis of financial and performance data for the store, pharmacy, and clinic.
- Reviews and analyzes asset protection data and develops and implements action plans to reduce loss.
People and Performance Management
- Manages team member performance by assigning responsibilities, setting goals and expectations, observing performance, providing feedback and giving recognition. Manages employee career progression.
- Ensures training of team members; provides coaching and mentoring.
- Issues constructive discipline and makes discipline recommendations.
- Promotes teamwork and motivates team members by establishing expectations, tracking results, showing enthusiasm and sharing the vision.
- Ensures compliance with all corporate policies, applicable employment laws, and is consistently fair in the treatment of all team members.
- Develops and delivers performance management for direct supervises.
Training and Personal Development
- Participates in the company and on-the-job training to improve skills and productivity and attends training requested by the Dispensary Manager, Director of Dispensary Operations and other company leaders

Communications
- Communicates regularly with team members through one-on-one discussions, group meetings, soliciting input, answering questions, and ensuring communication are open between management and non-management team members.
- Assists Store Manager in planning and attending community events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree prior to position start date or High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/GED and 1 year of retail supervisory experience.

Research Assistant - Cannabis Study
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
Three (3) research assistants will assist investigators from PCOM's School of Professional and Applied Psychology (clinical department) with a three-year study of outcomes in individuals beginning medical cannabis therapy. Funding of these positions are contingent upon the continued funding of the grant/contract.
The positions will require full-time, remote work at one of three medical cannabis dispensary study sites in Enola, PA (1 position), Chambersburg, PA (1 position) and East York, PA (1 position). Travel to internal study meetings at PCOM will be required at times.
This position is based at PCOM (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Screen, recruit and get consent from study participants.
- Work with dispensary staff to identify potential participants.
- Obtain study-related data from participant dispensary records.
- Schedule study visits.
- Collect study-related interviews, surveys, weights/heights and assessments.
- Enter data.
- Conduct literature reviews.
- Prepare materials for submission to external funding sources.
- Prepare materials for IRB review.
- Maintain study databases and participant tracking systems.
- Request or acquire equipment, surveys or supplies necessary for the project.
- Attend project meetings.
- Attend site visits and other meetings as necessary.
- Prepare reports for study investigators and funders.
- Participate in study-related peer-reviewed publications.
- Monitor the project budget.
- Perform related responsibilities as required.
Position Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, public health or a related field.
- Additional site-specific requirements may apply.
- Note: An approved CAS Exception is required for anyone who is charged to a federal grant or contract under this job code.
Experience
- One year of undergraduate or professional research experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Research protocols
Working Conditions
- Mild physical work: Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and drive/commute to study sites.

We are looking for Manufacturing Lab Technicians to join our team. This position works with specialized refinement and purification equipment in a detailed step-wise process. We operate under a highly regulated atmosphere where high lab standards and redundancies are important. Some of the common operations in the facility include distillation, chromatography, and purification of Cannabis derived compounds. Ideal candidates should possess a science related BA or BS and/or equivalent laboratory experience preferred.

The position performsas an entry level technician under the direction of a Laboratory Manager which may include operating equipment, monitoring and assisting in collecting, tabulating and analyzing data.
Essential Duties
- Operates and monitors various processing instruments as needed or requested by a Lab Manager.
- Collects, accurately records and analyzes data in conjunction with other staff.
- Obtains and maintains minimum proficiency in data analysis, preparation of glassware, extraction and solvent recovery procedures, computer data input. * Maintains compliance with all institutional/safety training requirements. * Maintains laboratory records, supplies and samples in an organized manner.

- Be the point person as the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the all-inclusive DEACOM ERP platform.
- Collaborate directly with internal resources to deliver industry standard, best practice solutions to Deacom’s customers.
- Gain valuable experience working in markets such as Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics, Distribution, Adhesives and Sealants, and Cannabis.
- Travel to customers domestically and internationally, average 50%, understanding business processes and delivering training for customers using DEACOM.
- Engineer DEACOM solutions based on complicated customer business requirements.
- Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help customers understand and continuously improve their business.

- A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

- Experience working with a customer on business process improvement projects.
- Experience in using Microsoft SQL Server query, views, and stored procedures.
