Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently accepting incoming inventory shipments, scanning, and labeling, packing delivery totes, loading, and unloading delivery vehicles, and contributing to the overall safety and organization of the warehouse operations. - Generate quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes
- Perform all warehouse activities, including but not limited to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, tracking, putting away, and inventorying products in accordance with Grassdoor inventory policies
- Use warehouse computer terminals, warehouse scanners, and our warehouse management system to accurately enter inventory intake and outtake and to maintain accurate inventory records
- Communicate with Warehouse Ops regarding any inventory exceptions, damaged or non-conforming products, shrinkage, or other inventory issues
- Coordinate with Dispatch and onsite supervisor to facilitate the timely and efficient reclamation of product and totes out in the field and returning to the warehouse and into our inventory system
- Onload and offload ordnance totes that contain daily inventory products from delivery vehicles
- Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
- Adhere to all rules of the road and Grassdoor’s Vehicle Use Policy in the retrieval of totes
- Ensure compliance with all PPE and safety protocols at all times
- Track performance metrics including but not limited to fill rates, load rates, and inventory levels

The Operations Lead is responsible for managing all inventory processes including receiving, cycle counts, and transfers. The Operations Lead is responsible to maintain and ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. What You'll Do

Summary
As a Smart Safe Cashier, you will be responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling cash deposits daily. You will also record all data and maintain physical and electronic records of the deposits made. You are also responsible for reporting any discrepancies timely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate daily deposits to the Smart Safe System
- Verify the previous night's deposit, reconcile cash, follow deposit procedure and report cash discrepancies

- Prepare manual deposits and coin/currency orders as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity
- Receiving Bulk Orders from vendors (Moving Boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on-the-road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
- Monitor driver and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met. Be able to provide support where the manager needs assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of related experience working in warehousing, operations or a similar industry
- Previous experience in the Cannabis Industry preferred
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery
- Good oral and written communication skills

- 2-4 years of retail management experience.

Working Environment

- While this position is primarily based on-site at the retail location, some travel may be required occasionally.

- This is a full-time position and requires 40+ hours per week.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours. The ASM must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Efficiently and effectively receive and store goods per standard operating procedures
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity
- Receiving Bulk Orders from vendors (Moving Boxes) into the warehouse
- Manage storage (storing compactly and safely) and regulate storage space for billing purposes
- Build delivery associate kits for their respective shifts
- Check-in delivery associates for their respective shifts
- Track returned orders, log and restock failed orders, and reprint receipts for delivery associates on-the-road that received price adjustments for successful deliveries
- Support delivery associates with on-the-road issues
- Debrief delivery associates upon their return
- Monitor the flow of paperwork to appropriate departments for timely data entry and compliance
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
- Monitor driver and picking performance to ensure daily goals are met. Be able to provide support where the manager needs assistance
- Follow state and local compliance regarding cannabis
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of related experience working in warehousing, operations or a similar industry
- Previous experience in the Cannabis Industry preferred
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
