Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manager all opening and / or closing procedures, including daily cash and inventory reconciliations & financial/inventory reporting
- Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Cannabis Control Board of VT
- Ensure compliance in all recordkeeping and filing systems, to include ensuring Metrc compliance
- Conduct internal investigations as needed with LP Manager, and help reduce inventory shortage
- Work with HR to ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years in retail management experience managing a fast-paced business
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 or more individuals
- Must be able to work variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- You are optimistic and have a can-do approach
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- You work best in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
- Strong systems, software and computer skills
- High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Some travel may be required
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- College Degree desirable. High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License

- Functioning as the Cannabis Consultant/Keyholder, you will help support retail activities of the dispensary.
- In addition to duties as a Cannabis Consultant/Keyholder, work in all other areas of the dispensary including Reception, Inventory, Packaging, etc.
- Drive effective and powerful guest and team service.
- Help to guide and develop fellow team members to achieve higher standards of execution.
- Maintain compliance with all operating systems and procedural execution in store.
- Help drive Key Performance Indicator adherence around all results.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks of the dispensary.
- Identify discrepancies on a daily basis and resolve them quickly.
- Support all vault to floor stock movement, completing timely execution of product to support sales.
- Help handle all deliveries and processing of transfers in inventory
- Help support all inventory related tasks, compliance and partner with the back of house on transfers and identifying concerns.
- Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Cannabis Control Board of VT.
- Drive exemplary peer support and relationships within Theory to support company initiatives.

CeresMED South is seeking an experienced individual to assist with daily operations of Brattleboro's medical cannabis dispensary. Our Dispensaries are open Monday through Sunday, employees will be required to work some weekend hours.

Summary of duties:
Dispensary Sales Associate sells regulated and non-regulated merchandise to customers coping with chronic, acute or other serious medical conditions.
- Greets customers at work station or in dispensary waiting room, including answering the door, checking and scanning customer IDs, processing initial paperwork.
- Describes products available and explains use, operation of the products, and care of the merchandise to the customer.
- Totals the purchases, and receives and processes cash or debit card payments.
- Responsible for product inventory at the sales associate station, including medicated and non-medicated plus FIFO, and maintains stock throughout shift.
- Maintains a clean and organized station; and in conjunction with entire staff, a clean and organized dispensary store location.
- Covers the dispensary reception/waiting room area, including answering the phone, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Carries out home deliveries as requested. Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules.
- Loads, unloads, prepares, inspects and operates the delivery vehicle.
- Completes logs and reports. Follows applicable home delivery SOPs.
- Attends product knowledge training.
Minimum required qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, six months of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of principles of providing customer service and personal services, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of principles of showing, promotion, and selling products, including selling tactics, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
- Strong persuasion skills and speaking skills to convey information correctly, and to persuade customer to purchase or change their minds or behavior.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Must successfully pass a thorough background check prior to hire, and each successive year during employment.
