Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- The Edibles Production Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner.
- The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player
- Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area
- Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed

- Awareness and adherence to GMP, Food Safety, and QA regulations
- Strict adherence to department SOPs and recipes
- Maintain proper PPE and hygiene
- Implementation of new systems and processes related to edibles products
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.

Position Summary: *
The Supply Chain Analyst will be the responsible for finished goods inventory management process from start to finish. They will manage incoming finished goods (flower and non-flower inventory) from production into sellable inventory through the order and fulfillment process. The supply chain analyst will also compile and analyze weekly growing/processing reporting metrics in Excel and report back to supply chain and other pertinent leadership. The supply chain analyst will complete weekly supply/production scheduling tasks for finished goods by analyzing demand trends, inventory levels, and upcoming sales/retail activity. This role requires a high level of technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to be successful. Advanced experience within Microsoft Excel is mandatory. This position may require some physical counting of inventory and data entry into an ERP system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the daily packaging schedules to ensure attainment of efficiency goals.
- Verify that all applicable working areas, tools, processing equipment, packaging and labeling components are maintained in good working order prior to the start of each batch.
- Ensure that all packaging, labeling, and data reporting activities are performed with attention to strict Terrascend quality and safety standards, regulatory compliance, and all other applicable legal and food safety requirements.
- Safely operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain equipment including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic liquid filling machines, capping machines, label applicators, label printers, and scales according to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Produce reliable, precise data for the completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory and seed-to-sale documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TerrAscend process SOPs, work instructions and controlled document revisions.
- Manage inventory of packaging and labeling components, finished products, and other items by maintaining accurate records.
- Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposal procedures as defined by SOPs and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
- Report to and actively support Packaging Lead on a daily basis to ensure attainment of goals and deadlines.
- Drive productivity and cost-effective packaging processes and develop innovative plans to achieve optimization.
- Work nights and weekends as needed to complete critical tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead team of Extraction Technicians through SOPs, regulations, and daily processes for efficient extraction
- Manage and improve processes in order to meet regulations and standards while increasing efficiency
- Adhere to the daily production schedule to ensure attainment of efficiency goals.
- Verify that all applicable working areas, tools, and processing equipment are maintained and in good working order prior to the start of each shift or batch.
- Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces.
- Ensure all extraction and processing are performed with attention to strict TerrAscend quality and safety standards, regulatory compliance and all other applicable legal and food safety requirements.
- Safely operate, clean and maintain extraction production equipment including supercritical fluid and solvent extraction systems, distillations systems, pumps, filters and evaporators according to our SOP’s.
- Safely handle hazardous materials (Butane, Propane, Ethanol, etc.), and adhere to safe chemical handling and disposing procedures defined by SOP’s and MSDS.
- Safely handle and dispose of cannabis waste according to processes defined in SOP’s.
- Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory and state mandated seed to sale documentation.
- Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TerrAscend processes.
- Ensure the safety of themselves and other by maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
- Other duties in post-processing production, packaging, labeling and R & D as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Biochemistry or related fields.
- At least 1+ year of HPLC experience.
- Positive attitude & Self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Job Description:
Cultivators are responsible for executing crop production tasks in a manner that follows the company’s Standard Operating Procedures for indoor cultivation. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks associated with the Cannabis crop production cycle.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propagation: cutting and sticking clones; clone care/maintenance, watering and feeding; monitoring and maintaining Clone Room and Mother Room environment; ensure proper labeling and inventory tracking, reporting, and record-keeping within the state-mandated electronic tracking system.
- Monitor, review, and report on relevant environmental factors that affect plant growth – light, temperature, medium moisture, humidity, and overall plant nutrition to ensure conformity with quality control standards.
- Inspect crops to ascertain the existence of pests and disease and implement IPM (Integrated Pest Management) best practices as directed.
- Plant monitoring and care during vegetative and generative growth stages: transplanting, de-foliation, pruning, staking, and plant structure training; watering and feeding; monitoring climate control systems and pest/disease pressure; inventory data input within the state-mandated electronic tracking system.
- Harvesting: cutting down plants; breaking down harvested plants; de-foliating harvested plants; weighing and inventory data input into the state-mandated electronic tracking system; cleaning and sanitizing grow rooms; hanging/organizing harvested plants within the designated dry rooms; monitoring the drying/curing process and climate control systems.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be expected during peak times, including processed products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, troubleshooting, running, and maintaining lighting, irrigation, and climate control systems; stocking, organizing, and handling production inputs, supplies, and materials; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces, and tools.

Position Description
This is a skilled position that uses BAS/BMS/EMS data in maintenance and operation of HVAC, Electrical, Fertilizer injection systems. Uses Building Management Systems, and Energy Management Systems, including trending reports, and interpretation of data for maintenance and operation of systems performance and troubleshooting. The employee uses appropriate tools, safety techniques, equipment and supplies in the performance of his/her duties, to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all systems. A high degree of independent judgment and creativity is required to select from alternative solutions, materials, supplies and appropriate procedures. As a Lead, this role will require overseeing projects and working with the maintenance team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a team lead to oversee projects.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The IPM Technician is responsible for carrying out tasks in a manner that follows the company’s Standard Operating Procedures to support the cultivation facilities Integrated Pest Management plan. The IPM Technician will also be expected to assist the Cultivation Associates with plant maintenance, and everyday cultivation tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, and policies when performing daily operational duties and fully comply with state regulations
- Acquire a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Follow detailed IPM plans and timelines for plant production from beginning to end of crop cycles (clone to harvest)
- Perform routine monitoring, scouting, and documentation of plant population in all stages of plant development for problems revolving around insect pests, pathogens, viruses, etc.
- Obtain a MD private pesticide applicators license
- Annually complete a respirator fit test with a certified physician if needed
- Apply crop protection agents under the direct supervision/direction of a certified pesticide applicator
- Document application of crop protection agents (Biological Control Agents, Pesticides, etc.) in accordance with MD regulations
- Identify and execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of pests and pathogens
- Maintain and clean the PPE needed for all IPM duties (e.g. Respirators, Foot-baths, Tyvek Suits/Chemical Jackets, etc.)
- Maintain/clean equipment (hand pump sprayers, heavy duty sprayers, etc.) under the direction of a certified pesticide applicator
- Assist with cleaning rooms after harvest and preparing for room re-loads
- Performs cultivation tasks as assigned
- Sweep, mop, and assist with cleaning tasks daily
Job Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management methods and the ability to identify pests and pathogens specific to Cannabis
- Knowledge of growing practices, such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, training, watering, etc.

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for operational success that enables excellent customer service by ensuring scheduling, merchandising, communications and compliance are maintained for the store. Duties & Responsibilities:
Service
- Prioritize time and energies in store to join the staff on the selling floor; coaching and developing the team; and leading by example.
- Positive representative of the Parallel brand.
- Deliver the full Parallel customer service experience, catering to the customers 'needs.
- Develops knowledge of trends in industry to provide best service possible and share with the team.
- Responds to all customer concerns and acts when necessary to resolve conflicts.

Sales
- Responsible for driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Assisting the Store Manager in meeting all financial goals, including management of the P/L, payroll and store budgets.

- Create store schedules which drive sales opportunities and maximizes the customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to ensure staffing is prioritized to provide optimal schedules and ensure the best customer service is provided always.
- Successfully prepare for and support company driven promotions and launches to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver the best experience possible for customers.
- Assist with local events ensuring a successful execution as directed by the Store Manager.
Leadership

- Participate and advocate for all training, support all training and assist the Store Manager in ensuring they were delivered on brand and the service knowledge/skills were built with every employee in store.

- Reviews and approves timekeeping records for the staff, ensuring accuracy and submits for payment. Maintains record keeping standards.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving. Preparing, setting timelines and delegating tasks amongst the team to ensure merchandise is stocked is completed in a timely manner.
- Acts to reduce loss. Responsible for the management of processing damages/returns and the organization. Alerts the Store Manager to any concerns immediately.
- Responsible for ordering of supplies and managing the supply budget. Ensures the budget is met on a monthly and annual basis and stock levels are managed so that all items remain in stock.
- Maintain all visual merchandising directives.
- Responsible for the successful management of store inventory levels.
- Execute visual displays. Customize the visual direction to fit the store dimensions, communicate timelines and execute the floor set with precision and on time.
- Organization of all areas back of house, creating an orderly and tidy environment for the staff where product is easy to locate when needed.
- Manage Cycle Counting as applicable.

Position Description:
Packaging Tech-
- Accurate Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging of cannabis products such flower, and pre-rolls.
- Labeling in accordance with product information, testing results, and other required information
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes for finished product storage
- Thoroughly clean equipment, hand tools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspecting cannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory of cannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize competing demands
- Experience effectively using computer systems, software, and hardware common record keeping procedures

Position Summary:
Seeking a polished Sales professional to lead TerrAscend’s sales and education activities in New Jersey on the relevance and quality of life impact Medicinal Marijuana can have on its patients for NJ’s approved indications, and specifically the role of our company’s products have on improving the health and life quality of NJ’s patients. This will require strong leadership, excellent communication and motivation to connect with the many stakeholders impacted, including Inventory Managers, General Managers, Regional and/or corporate executives, and anyone else involved in our client’s decision-making process. A strong and accomplished Sales background is a must, with prior cannabis sales experience preferred. Must be a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively establish timely, direct and ongoing contact to solidify relationships with our dispensary partners across NJ, developing an intimate understanding of their objectives, buying patterns, patient base and areas where Ilera can assist them in developing their businesses.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Ilera’s and other GP product offerings in the state, to understanding the distinct uses and perceptions of these products in the market.
- With this developing knowledge, proactively work with Ilera’s Marketing team to establish clear go-to-market strategies for educating the marketplace, providing feedback into TerrAscend’s product alignment with marketplace needs.
- Create and implement programs to drive sales, and work on market penetration projects as identified.
- In preparation for launch, this position will take the lead in working with internal personnel to develop and deliver market access materials for TerrAscend branded products and bulk supply products.
- Routinely track and measure competitive marketing activities, staying abreast of all competitive offerings and trends in the marketplace.
- Maintain presence in the field among customers and representatives to closely monitor product reception and use of promotional materials, using intelligence from field to evolve strategy and messaging.
- Play a key role on our internal Innovation team, as we utilize trend observations and data to better guide our current and future product pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of excellent work experience as a B2B sales representative, with emphasis on the cannabis space, if possible
- Be comfortable in managing to specific revenue budget goals, and providing consistent feedback on current and future projections
- Ability to travel throughout NJ. Several days per week required to visit clients, the others spent in-office

OVERVIEW:
TerrAscend NJ has an opening for an Outreach and Education Manager who is looking to energize their career in the Cannabis industry. The position of Outreach & Education Manager will be responsible for helping lead the launch of TerrAscend USA’s medical marijuana business into physician, pharmacist, and patient communities throughout the state of New Jersey.
Mainly tasked with being our lead educator and relationship builder, this role will also be instrumental in gathering feedback and intelligence from the market, shaping how we talk about our products, and helping develop the educational experiences and materials that will be utilized in New Jersey.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement overall Outreach strategy in NJ to build and establish physician and community partnerships.
- Facilitate relationships with all NJ cannabis stakeholders including patient and community groups, as well as physician and other healthcare targets via direct communication and education, to generate new referrals or our dispensary and product lines.
- Work with team to develop, implement, and manage a variety of outreach tactics including but not limited to face to face visits, email blasts, social media campaigns, targeted social media groups, outreach and education events, and physician newsletter.
- Develops and maintains database of physicians and pharmacists relative to demographics, referral trends and details as appropriate.
- Track and report all key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Availability to work some nights and/or weekends
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of sales, marketing and/or outreach experience, preferably with physicians and/or in health care provider setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Sales Experience is a plus!
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated, as well as solid judgement to know when to coordinate with team members on marketing, regulatory, finance, or other matters.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills
- Direct teaching, training, product education and /or product marketing experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to impact the physician space by utilizing a mix of in-person educational visits and workshops.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful educational presentations on a variety of topics, and to a variety of audiences related to medical cannabis.
