We are looking for a Sales Manager to cover the Michigan, who will oversee sales department personnel, processes, and procedures, including the execution of daily tasks such as, data management and order submission/ fulfillment to optimize functionality and efficiency within the department.
In this role you will….
· Collaborate with Management team to understand business objectives and manage the sales process and calendar.

3Fifteen Cannabis currently operates 10 MRB locations across Michigan with future growth planned in the next 12-24 months. We are one of the largest MRB in the State of Michigan. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Birmingham. This position has the potential to grow into future leadership positions as we grow.
Responsibilities
· Assists in preparation and review of financial statements with Director of Finance
· Assists with month end close process.
· Monitor and maintain strong internal controls.
· Prepare sales and complex location reporting for management review and respond to requests for information.
· Manage daily cash balances for multiple locations and entities.
· Ensure accounts payable are processed on time and applying discounts when applicable.
· Manage inventory defect and vendor credit database.
· Reconcile store cash and merchant transaction deposits with sales records and bank deposits.
· Processes weekly payroll utilizing Gusto software.
· Maintain Payroll/HR system including onboarding, terminating, and updated personnel files.
· Creates and improves SOP’s as necessary.

The COO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and will maintain control of diverse business operations.

In addition, this role will require a strong, collaborative leader with the ability to lead a high-functioning team, driving results and ensuring both quality and volume demands are satisfied. The COO will provide leadership, management, and vision to ensure that the Company has the proper operational controls and administrative and reporting procedures in place to execute and effectively grow the organization. This role provides operational advice and recommendations to the CEO to implement operational efficiencies and maximize profitability while meeting the strategic objectives of the company.
- Executes the Company’s manufacturing, production, and retail value propositions.
- Serves as the voice of the customer. Providing critical interface between the field sales organization and product development / engineering.
- Champions innovation throughout the organization based on market feedback / intelligence.
- Attracts, retains, and develops best-in-class subject matter expertise within the organization.
- Drives the cultural change necessary to differentiate the business from its competition.
- Establishes an efficient and effective approach to new product introduction, incorporating the best combination of cost effectiveness and innovation.
- Accountable for the operational budgets and measurement and effectiveness of all operational processes - internal and external.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company.
- Leads the development, communication, and implementation of effective operational strategies and processes by setting comprehensive and clear performance goals that support the company’s strategic plans.
- Oversees supply chain and demand planning. Reviews inventory for both manufactured and 3rd party products and sets expectations for planning and utilization.
- Reviews systems and processes for automation. Makes recommendations on automated process improvements and capital expenditures to increase sales, efficiency, and production.
- Executes processes and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and drive cost efficiencies.
- Designs and implements business strategies, plans and procedures that promote collaboration and a positive culture and vision for the organization.
- Provides strategic input to evaluate potential alliances, acquisitions and mergers, and new lines of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience overseeing 10+ retail locations
- MBA preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field required plus 10+ years of management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess strong business management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to operate on an Executive level as part of a high functioning, results-oriented team.
- Requires extensive proven experience in establishing both long and short- term goals, developing comprehensive business plans to achieve those goals and executing on the business plans. Requires a proven record of exceeding expectations, regarding both financial and non-financial metrics. Requires the ability to effectively work with other team members to create a healthy organization and a culture based on respect, trust, cooperation, and commitment.
- Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
