Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained

- Correct cash handling and inventory

SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Desire to learn about our products
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus

- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- 1 year cash handling experience preferred

- Must be able to pass a state and national background check and complete a Food Handler's Course

Under the responsibility of Innovation Manager, the formulation scientist will develop various dosage forms in the different regulatory environment (prescription pharmaceutical, OTC, food supplements, dermo-cosmetics, medical devices)
