The Operations Associate is responsible for organizing, labeling, positioning, and maintaining inventory. In addition, the job responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy and availability using audit and cycle count techniques such that correct quantities are present in the software systems.
Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming Caliva customers, ensuring they are cared for, listening to their needs, and treating them with the utmost respect. Sales Associates evaluate the needs of our customers and offer information about our variety of products and their effects.
What You'll Do
- Acknowledge every customer who enters the store with a welcoming disposition
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment
- Provide customer assistance regarding our products and their effects
- Assist customers with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs
- Be a Caliva expert by remaining educated on new and existing products and promotions
- Keep display cases clean and ensure all product is fully represented and organized
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards
- Stay informed of daily store goals and KPIs and commit to making a positive contribution
- Communicate effectively with all store leaders and team members and ask for assistance when needed
- Support the store experience by performing various operational tasks as needed
- Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude, and communication
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

You will supervise the delivery department and works with the fulfillment staff to receive orders from our online menu and fulfill quickly and accurately. The .COM Supervisor contributes to the daily operation of the delivery operation while providing necessary support when needed to the rest of the business.

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is familiar with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks, Kashoo and KashFlow. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
