POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for executing the cultivation and processing activities for the site. The Cultivation Technician will work closely with their Supervisor to maintain the health and participate in the processing and manicuring of the cannabis plants. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the growing and processing areas and will assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth and harvests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The AP/AR Specialist oversees the day-to-day activities for handling cash, preparing cash bags, and accounts payable and receivable for 420 Kingdom. The AP/AR Specialist will ensure the execution of smooth and efficient procedures within the Finance Department, to enable 420 Kingdom to deliver on their objectives and achieve financial success. This role is a key leader to growing and supporting the Accounting team and procedures and is the point person for all customer accounts and outstanding invoices from our customers. To be successful in the role, the AP/AR Specialist must be driven, have high integrity, maintain and expert level of knowledge in an ever-changing field. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

CULTIVATION MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the cultivation activities for the site. The subject matter expert for the cannabis plant growth to harvest. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day to day operations of an indoor grow operation with primary supervisory responsibilities overseeing all aspects of cultivation through harvest

- Primary owner of the mother, clone and veg rooms

PROCESSING SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Processing Specialist is responsible for executing the processing activities for the site. This includes production, trimming, and packaging. The Processing Specialist will work closely with the management team to maintain the health of the cannabis plants. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the processing areas and will assist in monitoring and documenting processing activities. This work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as the state and local regulations required to ensure a safe and clean working environment and condition of the cultivation center.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects and expectations of the Processing Manager with the processing of producing manufactured and non-manufactured cannabis goods
- Ensuring plant traceability through the Metrc system per quality policies
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing with the management teams
- Operate and maintain processing equipment with direction from the Processing Manager
- Execute drying, curing, flower buck and trim and packaging equipment per schedule
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment
- Assist with training technicians and seasonal workers when necessary
- Maintaining compliant conditions and/or correcting non-compliant conditions with a continuous improvement attitude
- Responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day
- Track performance of rooms and present to management the room health and progress, noting any outliners of concerns to collaborate on
- Follow all safety requirements and execute cleaning procedures daily and during changeovers
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
- Ensure required trainings are up to date per company policies and regulations
- May at times, train seasonal employees on defined tasks
- Follow company processing methods
- Harvest with the āall hands on deckā attitude
- Comply to all Good Manufacturing Practices āGMPā requirements for each room on the compound

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
- High school diploma/GED
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience and knowledge of production, trimming, and packaging; 2 years (preferred)
- Experience in cannabis; 2 years (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state
SKILLS:
- Must work independently
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Time management; must manage their time during work to efficiently meet goals while consistently producing quality product
- Ability to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism

CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for executing the cultivation and processing activities for the site. The Cultivation Technician will work closely with the Cultivation Supervisor to maintain the health of the cannabis plants.
