Summary/Objective:
The Assistant Manager, Dispensary, reporting directly to the Manager, Dispensary, is responsible for assisting in managing all daily operations of a RMD, leading a patient-centric team and providing clear direction to achieve company initiatives. Additionally, the Assistant Manager, Dispensary implements and maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily balancing of cash and product inventory, and training management team on cash and product inventory reconciliation.
- Observing and participating in patient services on sales floor, including RMD agent productivity and patient engagement.
- Auditing Communication Binder for current information and updates.
- Auditing of patient intake forms, for accuracy and completion.
- Managing Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
- Maintaining compliance of all local and state regulations.
- Maintaining accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job description.
- Performing general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using email as correspondence.
- Upholding all Company policies and procedures.
- Requests, through RMD General Manager all facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, snow removal and technology
- Providing RMD General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and RMD sales on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring that all RMD agents maintain proper record keeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs.

- Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check, including CORI.

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. The Junior Accountant will work closely with the Accounting team and will handle all activities and operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with vendors and work to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage accounts payable key activities including vendor maintenance, invoice processing, and payments
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly
- Responsible for cash collections and cash applications
- Identify variances and recommend solutions
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures along with process improvements
- Perform bank reconciliation process on a daily basis
- Assist in month end close, including reconciliations and some journal entries
- Maintain W-9s and prepare 1099s
REQUIREMENTS:
- AS or BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
- NetSuite ERP system experience a plus
- Expensify, Concur, Emburse, or similar bill management system exposure a plus

Summary/Objective
The Dispensary Associate reporting directly to the Dispensary Manager, Retail Operations, is responsible for assisting in all daily operations of a Dispensary, being part of a patient-centric team and achieving iAnthus company initiatives. - Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
- Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
- Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
- Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
- Perform general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using email
- Provide Dispensary General and Assistant Managers with patient feedback on a timely basis
- Maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs
- Participate in one-minute meetings at the start of every shift to ensure uniformity in message and goals

- Participate in monthly product inventory review
Training & Development

The Dispensary Lead, reporting directly to the Retail General Manager, is responsible for assisting in managing all daily operations of the dispensary, leading a patient-centric team and achieving Company standards of professionalism and compassionate patient service.
