Qualified candidates will have minimum 2 years in an administrative purchasing or procurement assistant role, high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, telephone skills, organizational skills, strong planning, and time management skills. The Manager is responsible for receiving and auditing inventory and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
-Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.

We are seeking Patient Care Coordinators to work in all three (3) of our dispensary locations. The Patient Care Coordinator position is a temporary position. Your skills in customer satisfaction and data management are transferable to this position. You will work with patients to deliver the highest level of customer service quality to the patient while ensuring they are within the recommending doctor’s instruction according to Pennsylvania law.
Experience:
This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience working in a Physician’s Practice/Medical Office setting.
- Must be patient service focused with the ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Present a professional image in appearance, actions and words
- Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to develop relationship with customers to provide a positive experience.
- Proficient with standard office equipment; multi-task comfortably; ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.

Team members must also successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training, Train PA.
