Natures Medicines is looking for a top-notch Marketing and Promotions Coordinator with outstanding content creation skills! This position will allow you to utilize your experience, your enthusiasm, problem solving techniques, and customer service capabilities to make an immediate impact on our organization. The Marketing Coordinator will create and distribute positive branding messages for our company’s products and services. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
**Note: This position will be based out of our Ellicott City, MD location**
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Content Creation (In store and digital) for all assets promoting products, pricing, deals for social media outlets.
- Create ads for the MD Leaf Magazine.
- Create templates for text messages.
- Work closely with vendors to get imagery for menus, social media, and text blasting.
- Schedule pop ups with Store Management and work directly with third party vendors.

- Work with managers weekly to promote Medical Deals (expiring or nonmoving product.)
- Work closely with Medical Card providers for partnerships, pops up and possible collaborations.

- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education requirement if applicable or: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable attendance
- Must be able to qualify to receive a state Dispensary Agent card.
- Must have a current valid State-issued Driver’s License.

- The State Inventory Manager is responsible for the direct oversight and day-to-day inventory management for all retail stores throughout Maryland. This Position oversees the entire inventory team and ensures proper inventory levels are maintained at all times with full compliance. The State Inventory Manager position is responsible for the direct oversight and accurateness of all state-wide inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include ensuring Store Inventory Managers are accurately and efficiently detailing accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. The State Inventory Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and maintaining the inventory staff and ensuring all stores are staffed and in compliance at all times.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of inventory employees and ensure all inventory is received and recorded.
- Recording daily deliveries, evaluating all product and analyzing all suppliers.
- Evaluate all current practices to ensure all deliveries, shipment and product levels are efficient and in compliance.
- Be able to analyze all products and supply levels to anticipate any potential issues and being able to remedy them.
- Ensure there are proper reports of all purchases and pricing by completing necessary audits as needed.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Works with store managers to records purchases, maintain databases, perform physical counts of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run smooth throughout the dispensary.
- Work with regional team and corporate to create strategic objectives, operational plans and store goals.
- Ensure all inventory operations are in compliance at all times.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels and be proactive in forecasting staffing needs.
- Maintain education and knowledge of all state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Inform staff of all new products.
- Complete and analyze fixed asset inventories.
- Approve and adjust inventory settings as needed.
- Ensure all inventory is properly catalogued.

The Packaging Clerk position is responsible for packaging various cannabis products, verification of required documentation and product weighting. The main responsibilities of this position is to package pre-rolls and also to package various cannabis products based on store needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
