Full Time Budtender

Come join our amazing team! Heritage Provisioning is hiring a full-time budtender/Delivery at our East Tawas location.

Prior industry experience not required, but passion for cannabis is! The primary responsibilities of this Budtender role includes delivery, impeccable customer service, reception, and the ability to learn and communicate cannabis and product knowledge. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our customers and for educating/ guiding them in selecting the appropriate cannabis products to meet their needs. Attention to detail is a must! A successful Budtender will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, provide excellent product suggestions and guidance, and exceed our patient's expectations. We're looking for the right candidate that can vibe with our flow and maintain the awesome reputation and relationships we have built in the community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains strict inventory controls to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance across all dispensary operations
• Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening
• Maintain fully stocked and clean POS stations at all times
• Assist with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during any and all downtime
• Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate and participate in periodic staff meetings
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
• Inform management and sales leads of any low-stock product or other inventory issues
• Have a comprehensive knowledgeable of all products, of the cannabis industry as a whole, and of any relevant cannabis-related subject matter
• Be knowledgeable of all specials or promotions, including in-store daily deals
• Participate in staff events, outings, and promotional events
• Be active on company social media (sharing, liking, and posting all content shared on Heritage Provisioning's social media accounts)
• Ensure you are on-time for all shifts and any mandatory events or meetings
• Perform other duties or projects, as assigned by managers and sales leads'
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Complete delivery logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
