Job Description

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the efficient trimming of cannabis plant into final product which the patients purchase.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for the trimming and shucking of the cannabis plants by hand or garden shears in accordance with guidelines set forth by company code of standards.
• Must be able to count in grams to assure proper weight is being packaged.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the trim area and equipment.
• Responsible for procuring the plant(s) to be trimmed from the Packaging Manager.
• Operates trimming machine after training by Grow Manager.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Ability to use/handle garden shears. General cannabis knowledge.
