The Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inventory Supervisor to manage the team and flow of the inventory department within dispensary at our Warwick, RI location. The Inventory Supervisor will report directly to the Dispensary Manager.
Responsibilities:

JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: The Inventory Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis inventory regarding Green Meadow policy and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for running and directing the inventory department, under the direct supervision of the Store Manager. Inventory Supervisor

Postion: Inventory Supervisor
Compensation: $20/hr
Availability: Mon - Fri, open availability; this is a full time position
Responsible for:
- Paperwork is in order
- Inventory receiving
- Entire product is compliant
- Quality control check
- Update multiple systems : Slack, Odoo, METRC
- Perform Weekly inventory counts
- Work with staff to make sure count is correct
- Adapt and modify inventory storage environment
- Print and apply QR codes to product
- Taking on special projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year supervising experience
- Minimum 1 year seed to sale inventory experience
- Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms
- Strong understanding of Excel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy, data
integrity, and audit controls. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will accurately document and track
all product inventory through processing to final sale with internal tracking systems. You'll

· Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements if required.
· Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions.
· Interacts & communicates with all levels within the company to achieve goals and resolve issues.
· Move or restructure the organization of current inventory to make space for new inventory.
· Accurately maintain records for both financial and compliance purposes.
· Regularly audit and manage both physical inventory and within ERP system, while following all applicable regulatory guidelines.
· Perform monthly inventory reconciliation.
· Shows professionalism, particularly when working with others within the department and other departments.
· Possesses strong written communication skills for the creation of reports.

As an Inventory Manager you are responsible for working cohesively with store
leadership in making sure the business runs efficiently and remains profitable to the
organization. The Inventory Manager is responsible for safeguarding company assets
by controlling inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and reporting all aspects of
store inventory. It is imperative that the Inventory Manager be capable of completing
the essential duties for their position. The Inventory Manager position requires a high
level of multi-tasking, customer service, and attention to detail. Due to the level of
responsibility, job knowledge and access given, Inventory Managers are considered
pre-management and are expected to be technically sound and personally driven to
excel and exceed.
Responsibilities including but are not limited to:
- Accountable for accurate inventory intake and completing products in the POS system, Metrc and other internal forms
- Act as point of contact for all Metrc transactions and system expert
- Audit all inventory levels for accuracy, including daily and weekly reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and separation of medical and adult use inventory on display and inside storage location, including flower and concentrates.
- Adjust and track all changes in stock levels.
- Submit all discrepancies with daily counts and work with the GM to address and rectify
- Maintaining FIFO system for inventory
- Manage and organize inventory in fulfillment vault
- Perform cycle counts
- Ensure accuracy of online menu
- Manage fulfillment/delivery department
- Conduct quarterly & yearly stock audits

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for running and directing the inventory department, under the direct supervision of the General Manager. The Inventory Supervisor must have previous Inventory experience in the Cannabis Industry. The Inventory Supervisor oversees the inventory specialists, their daily tasks, training, and oversees all inventory tasks and inventory activities to ensure the completion of any daily tasks necessary for the operation of the retail store.
Responsibilities include intake of deliveries and process invoices through our POS systems, monitoring inventory flow and record retention, performing regular inventory counts, follow and implementing DCC regulations/compliance, rectifying miscalculations, and replenishing low stock inventory on the sales floor.

Inventory Supervisor Job Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to all the responsibilities of an Inventory Associate, Supervisors are responsible for receiving, building, deploying, tracking, and occasionally transporting products. Adherence to hygiene and sanitation requirements is required. Inventory Supervisors ensure compliance through accurate inventory management -- organizing, tracking, counting, and selling. Supervisors follow operations processes and workflows, and provide feedback to improve any such protocols. Supervisors train and coordinate the work performed by Inventory Associates, and are an integral part of all front of house activity too. Supervised by Inventory Management.
Responsible for continuous coordination of inventory through various process stages:
- Procurement: monitor facings, post stock alerts, initiate activity workflows.
- Intake: accurately receive material from suppliers, process physical documentation and electronic records, complete ledger entry for accounting department.
- Deployment: employ software and staff to build, label, organize, and locate.
- ESL: utilize digital signage platform through product lifecycle.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor Reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of the back of the house operation including the processing room. This role determines operational needs, maintains inventory control and menu accuracy, trains and leads dispensary inventory associates, and proactively solves processing and inventory-related problems.

- Set up a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training completion. Manage continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that provide consistency across all stores.

Job Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing all activities within the department and will report to the Director of Inventory Operations. The Supervisor will oversee the inspection, intake, organization and discharge of all manufacturing soft goods. Their responsibilities include tracking inventory in's and out's as well as supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and overseeing the training of new employees.
Furthermore the Inventory Control Supervisor will be tasked with the following:
- Ensure all inventory movements are monitored and tracked per established processes and methods
- Conducts routine cycle counts to maintain integrity of our book and physical inventories
- Maintains a clean and organized department per our 5S initiative
- Establish and maintain clean inventory locations that mirror our soft goods datasets
- Decrement and or adjust inventories accurately to mitigate clerical errors from occuring
- Preform regular inventory rotation per the FIFO approach
- Identify aging inventory that should be cycled out and or returned to vendor or client
- Provide regular feedback and support to the Director of Inventory Operations
- Inspect workspaces regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
- Supervise and instruct the inventory team(s)
- Review daily work orders, pull soft goods and prepare for the proceeding days production schedule
- Educate workers on warehouse safety regulations and accident protocol
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
- Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol
- Maintain an accurate record of employee attendance
- Evaluate the performance of employees and institute disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyze department inventory and organization methods to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Recommend changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our Supply Chain Team. Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee cycle count processes, Metrc inventory review, and overall cannabis inventory accuracy. Provide routine direction and support to our Inventory Specialists and Inventory Control Lead in their daily execution of SOP's and issue resolution.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Manage Inventory Control staff to meet scheduled inventory counts and audits
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and SOP's followed
- Assist in managing state cannabis inventory system - Metrc
- Maintains accurate records to record inventory changes, including transfers and cycle counts
- Leads internal investigation and reconciliation of inventory variances to determine root cause of any discrepancies
- Assists in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical and digital inventory, while ensuring the integrity of facility records
- Confirms bulk material & finished goods are physically & systemically accurate within Metrc
- Completes requests for audit information, either internally or from 3rd party auditors
- Supports the receipt of cannabis material when required
- Aligns departmental functions with communicated key performance indicators
- Other duties to support the overall operation as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Prior supervisory experience 2-5 years
- Familiarity with state regulated inventory control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate math skills
- High level of organizational skill

Job Summary
The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor Reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of the back of the house operation including the processing room. This role determines operational needs, maintains inventory control and menu accuracy, trains and leads dispensary inventory associates, and proactively solves processing and inventory-related problems.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Works with dispensary inventory associates while leading by example to increase efficiency, accuracy, and product knowledge
- Estimates daily inventory requirements and pre-packaged product to meet projected needs Prepares and packages orders for PharmaCann/Verilife customers and patients with a strong attention to detail Responsible for back of house organization, cleanliness and order
- Maintains inventory control - cycle counts, communicate needs, processing, markdowns, destruction and removal Helps maintains pricing and photos and ensures accuracy for inventory offerings on menus Ensures audit compliance
- Active participant in the recruitment, interview and hire process of filling open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume.
- Train employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP's, compliance audits, company and state policy and procedures.
- Set up a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training completion. Manage continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that provide consistency across all stores.
- Make recommendations and deliver team members' performance appraisals in partnership with management; collaborate on team member' performance management, succession planning, development of members strengths and improvement of weaknesses.
- Coach team members on performance, attendance, violation of company and compliance policies in partnership with management and HR.
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store.

Job Summary:
The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. In addition, leads will be responsible for tracking and auditing finished goods and raw materials within the facility. We are seeking a dynamic individual as the Retail Inventory Supervisor reporting directly to the General
Manager You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis inventory regarding GMF policy
and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. You will supervise a
committed group of individuals ready to support the organization and serve the customers needs!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all cannabis and non-cannabis retail inventory tracking systems and update every morning and evening. Notify Production and Compliance Management of any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and within CCC regulatory requirements.
- Oversight of inventory team, scheduling, and direct communication with dispensary General Manager, and Marketing/Wholesale directors, and retail compliance officer.
- Conduct product counts inside the Inventory Vault to ensure and predict inventory requirements;
- Problem solve all product inventory issues, i.e.; shortages, conversion product loss, product documentation completion, product re-work, etc;
- Communicating with internal Wholesale Director to receive invoices, test results, and necessary information to prep for a delivery.
- Receiving inventory in METRC and Leaf Logix (Point of Sale software).
- Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
- Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and solving them.
- Solving Leaf Logix and METRC integration errors.
Work with Production and Compliance Management on:
- Regular inventory product audits
- Inventory levels and packaging planning
- Unwavering compliance with state/local regulations, security protocols, access protocols, and company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate with the intake and outtake of product with sales/account personnel
- Researching Inventory Variances.
- Record Keeping—Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Inventory Counts.
- Maintaining compliance of vault and inventory.
- Maintaining waste and proper disposal.
- Quality control of inventory.
- Maintain knowledge of all system/policy changes in METRC and LeafLogix
- Maintain knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Regulations
- Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of new hires including interviewing, training, coaching, delivering disciplinary action and performance reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education: College Degree with a focus in business, math, or science.
Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years of backend experience in inventory management preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience with 2-3 associates is necessary
- Comfortable working with software inventory systems - METRC
Preferred Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of working in a cannabis retail capacity and have knowledge of METRC.

Verification of the receipt of all required transfer specific supporting documentation for all products received including:
Independent Testing Laboratory Certificates of Analysis
Soil Amendments/Disclosures
Addition of saleable products to POS inventory
Performance of periodic, monthly, and quarterly inventory reconciliations
All matters related to compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Utilizes internal and Department of Taxation mandated databases to ensure accuracy of incoming shipments and corresponding manifests/invoices

Essential Functions
The Primary task is to verify and intake flower into the cure vault from the processing hallway, monitor the cure vault inventory, facilitate Work Orders and Sale Orders, create monitor and fix Inventory tracking systems, and facilitate METRC needs such as tag ordering auditing and reconciliation.
For manufacturing, this individual is responsible for working with the customer service department in identifying and allocating flower for production. This entails the movement and tracking of the product up until it is given to the production department and fixing any issues that may arise along the way and after the fact. These issues can include but are not limited to updating totals, reallocating material, auditing history when totals don't add up or product is misplaced, etc. You are also responsible for receiving returns from production back into the Cure Vaults inventory and making them available again.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job employees will be required to walk, stand for sustained periods, and lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Employees will be required to use hands, fingers and arms to grasp, pull, twist, reach, and push as needed to operate basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc. Employees must be able to push, pull, and stop carts and trolleys.

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for running and directing the inventory department, under the direct supervision of the General Manager. INVENTORY MANAGER
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for entering, managing and maintaining the cultivation inventory - including all packaging, conversion, internal transfers, sales, laboratory testing, and sample reserves - into Metrc and LeafLogix Point of Sale System, as well as ensure full accountability for all product. Must possess strong analytical thinking, communication, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills, experience working on contracts, knowledge on growing techniques and plant care.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Inventory control accountability for weights, and accurate tracking for trimming, packaging, waste disposal, labeling and inventory management.
Oversees Packaging and Labeling and quality control for Cultivation.
Effectively communicates with growers, production and management to ensure business has consistent supply of inventory available to meet the needs.
Oversees grow house plant movement in Metrc and LeafLogix. Responsible for overseeing the removal of all dead plants from the system and destruction of all products (i.e. display buds, returns, etc.).
Maintains contact with lab and schedules testing. Responsible for testing pickups and uploading of results into the Metrc and LeafLogix systems.
Assist each department in the following: wholesale product transfers, laboratory testing batches, sample reserves, individual retail sizes, apply bar codes for tracking and ensuring stock retail ready inventory.
Maintains tracking of all internal products moving in and out of the Metrc and LeafLogix systems.
Schedule and coordinate the physical inventory. Additionally, complete unannounced audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and report any balance to the Executive Management immediately. May be required to work non-standard hours or weekends on an occasional basis as needed and maintain a sense of heightened security awareness.
Ability to be trained on software used to track and trace product from seed to point of sale.
Accurately report and track inventory balance, price lists, shortages, damages, and disposals in POS system.
Actively participate in management meetings and report inventory levels, test results and work cooperatively with the management team.
Participate with communication that the Executive Management may have with the Division as needed on inventory related issues and statements of deficiencies.
Report any software deficiencies or ideas for improvements to the Executive Management.

Position Overview
The Inventory Supervisor lead the Inventory team and aids in the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage, and organization of product inventory. Duties include, filling in-store and online orders with the correct medical or recreational products, performing daily audits of all inventory in-store, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and vault areas. This is a team-oriented position.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and General Manager to ensure the adequate stocking of product throughout the day
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits as instructed by the Inventory Manager
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain the organization and overall cleanliness of the department and product storage areas
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies, notify inventory manager of low stock
- Alert the General Manager or Inventory Manager of any product quality, packaging, or labelling concerns
- Organize all products by SKU, commodity group, and METRC tags in the vault and vault for sale
- Ensure there is always clear separation between Medical and Recreational products
- Ensure that the fulfillment of all POS or Online Express Orders are accurately packaged into bags with correct quantities, including all packaging and labelling that meets all local and state requirements
- Attentive to all tickets printed, fulfill orders in an orderly and timely process
- Organize and file all bags from incoming orders, communicate any issues or problems with orders to Inventory Manager
- Make sure all correct product is saleable or unsaleable through POS
- Add positive and constructive feedback on products that are slow moving or overstocked
- Consistently perform inventory and product handling processes and procedures to be 100% compliant
- Perform additional duties, as requested by management
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of cannabis strains
- Basic computer operating skills including intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Intermediate math skills
- Strong desire to serve the cannabis community
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions with precision
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., reach arms above head, and stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to pass any required CCC background checks
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Prior experience working within the cannabis industry, in a lead position specifically inventory.
- One year or more experience in retail sales or inventory control
- Knowledge of a retail Point of Sale (POS) system

This position is responsible for managing, tracking, and auditing all standing, incoming, and outgoing retail and medical inventory for all intended uses from seed to sale utilizing the in-house inventory system and Metrc. This position is also responsible for managing all medical and recreational Metrc tags to ensure all products properly cycle through the in-house inventory system and Metrc to remain compliant at all times.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES (not limited to)
1. Perform daily medical and recreational inventory audits throughout the day utilizing the designated technology for in-process, finished, and unfinished goods.
2. Provides feedback directly to management and the manufacturer on the designated technology for the development and support of that technology.
3. Works closely with compliance and operations to ensure inventory is maintained throughout the process from seed to sale.
4. Receives, verifies, and inspects all incoming transfers, and rejections/returns while actively managing all outgoing pending transfers in Metrc.
5. Handles any issues that may arise with dispensaries including rejections and/or returns, and effectively communicates with the appropriate departments when the issue has been resolved.
6. Manages the daily order/distribution pick by ensuring FIFO, and accurate pick counts for both medical and recreational ready for sale items.
7. Ensures the FIFO policy (First In First Out) is followed for all finished goods.
8. Reconciles inventory daily in Metrc and the in-house inventory system.
9. Create wholesale tags for retail and medical in Metrc for all daily orders.
10. Manage all medical and recreational Metrc tags daily in Metrc and the in-house inventory system for all products (in-process and finished) including bulk and scaled oil.
11. Manages the expiring product by effectively communicating with the appropriate departments in a timely manner to distribute the product before its expiration date.

Job Description
The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor Reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager and is responsible for the day to day operation and oversight of the back of the house operation including the processing room. This role determines operational needs, maintains inventory control and menu accuracy, trains and leads dispensary inventory associates, and proactively solves processing and inventory related problems.

Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Retail Manager and Sales, provide support in the general operation of the company through the organization and management of Dispensary inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
Support the operations of the Retail Department by accurate and efficient management of all merchandise and cannabis product inventories.
Fulfill daily obligations to the satisfaction of supervisory staff
Thorough communication of any obstacle which limits their capability to see individual duties through to completion
Relay to superiors any conditions observed that may affect the successful completion of that day’s work.
Complete or oversee everyday inventory control responsibilities including but not limited to;
Assignment, generation, and application of required packaging tags
Incoming internal and external product transfers (acceptance upon intake)
Transfer manifest acceptance (upon verification of physical inventory received)
Verification of the receipt of all required transfer specific supporting documentation for all products received including:
Independent Testing Laboratory Certificates of Analysis
Soil Amendments/Disclosures
Addition of saleable products to POS inventory
Performance of periodic, monthly, and quarterly inventory reconciliations
All matters related to compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Utilizes internal and Department of Taxation mandated databases to ensure accuracy of incoming shipments and corresponding manifests/invoices

ROLE:
The Inventory Supervisor should be a detail-oriented individual who can analyze manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution processes to identify areas of opportunity and provide solutions to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy. The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the on-going cycle count program along with appropriate process and control activities of the perpetual inventory. The Inventory Supervisor will communicate and work closely with all inventory staff to ensure a smooth flow of inventory through the warehouse and distribution network, supported by timely and accurate system transactions, to ensure accurate perpetual inventory records.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Lead the inventory team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, low inventory shrinks, and minimize out of stock items.
- Ensure the Leads and Team Members have proper access to the necessary tools and process updates to perform their assigned duties.
- Direct daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members.
- Deliver team member training, provide performance reviews, development, and disciplinary action as appropriate.
- Conduct productivity and quality audits and reconcile variances.
- Coordinate materials transfers between areas.
- Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; escalating technical issues.
- Organize and lead focus on improved productivity levels by improving processes and the efficiency of associates' work.

The Inventory Supervisor is the backbone of our retail operations, this person is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Manager's main duties are ordering, processing and reconciling inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations.
- Subject matter expert for use of internal and external facing systems; Florish, METRC, Excel Reports.
- Creates/maintains Inventory Logs to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
- Leads the review and fixing of any inventory issues and controls the proper documentation for resolution.
- Implements/creates procedures to prevent errors.
- Drives a high performing team to ensure all products are in proper locations.
- Reviews and approves inventory adjustments according to company and regulation policy .
- Investigates discrepancies in inventory and leads corrective action and files corrective action reports.
- Responsible for the organization of inventory by ensuring material/product is in the correct location
- Supervises and coaches a team of Inventory Control Specialists to conduct daily duties as outlined.
- Establishes clear and stretching goals, communicates and delegates key responsibilities, and actively utilizes all performance, development , and career tools to their full potential.
- Place and process weekly inventory orders
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours ; Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Some lifting, squatting, bending, pushing and pulling.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis without assistance.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule .
- Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry .

- 2- 5 years related experience preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems to manage inventory.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to multitask and time manage.
- Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Must be detail oriented and take direction well.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic .

Inventory Supervisor
Amma Investments is seeking Inventory Supervisors to join our growing team in a growing Cannabis market. Amma is looking for an individual with experience in Inventory as well as the software associated to ensure accurate tracking. No education is required but is a plus. There will be frequent travel between Multiple sites where you will be responsible for, but not limited to
Inventory Supervisor Tasks
- Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions.
- Oversee purchase orders, data entry, and shipping and receiving.
- Lead and supervise inventory team, resolving problems, conducting training and setting schedules.
- Track, audit, and ensure adequate supply of inventory throughout the organization.
· Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
· Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other.
· Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.
· Monitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for same.
· Provide training to staff on all payroll processes and make adjustments if required.
· Administer all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to manufacturer.
· Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.
· Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement.
· Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
· Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment’s and tools.
· Monthly cycle count’s after the end of day , possibly overnight

Dispensary Inventory Supervisor
Position: The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of dispensary inventory specialists, coordinators, labeling/packaging specialists, inventory tracking, and coordination. Works directly with the Inventory Director on new processes and implementation. Follows up and presents projects and new initiatives.
Authority and Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Inventory Manager & Director
- Supervises the RMD’s Inventory Teams
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
- Oversees POS, and Backend operations of our Private and State mandated Seed to Sale Software
- Responsible for elements of inventory tracking, policy implementation, process review, and compliance.
- Oversees product receipt/check in, product returns, and expiration date management.
- Oversees, uses, and maintains all inventory tracking and communication systems
- Manages quality control recording and follow ups from the retail stores
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories for their respective location, while addressing and correcting discrepancies, while collaborating with the Inventory Coordinators about how to prevent repeat occurrences
- Assist Inventory and Systems Directors in testing and confirming new Seed to Sale and Production developments
- Record and communicate on systems issues and support tickets
- Maintains shift coverage. Covers PTO and Sick days.
- Maintains Inventory Payroll and Schedules
- Assists in the updating of Inventory Controls for New Product Releases
- Manages and creates development opportunities and coaching to Inventory Staff
- Works with other Supervisors on supply chain needs and daily menu management
- Creates inventory practices that provide positive patient flow experience by ensuring up to date information and consistent flow of inventory.
- Follows Long Term plans set from the Directors
- Audits and oversees dispensary menus, postings and providing trending information to strategically implement promotions, discounts and strain promotions.
- Provides training regarding inventory and processes.
- Manages the daily priorities of the team
Qualifications and Skills :
- Age 21 or older (Required)
- 2+ years' of Retail Management experience (Required)
- Previous experience in Retail, Food Services or Distribution Centers (Required)
- Positive, collaborative and strong work ethic
- Strong leadership/communication skills with the ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner.
- Extensive knowledge of computers, Point of Sale software and technology resources.
- Excellent organizational, statistical analysis, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel

A Retail Inventory Supervisor in our Dispensary in Great Barrington, MA.
How you will make an impact:
- Functioning as the inventory supervisor, leading a large retail team, developing and growing individuals to success.
- Lead a team of up to 10 inventory specialists and world along-side dispensary management.
