Job Description
Dispensary Inventory Specialist reports to the Dispensary Inventory Manager at the dispensary and is responsible for adhering to all policy and procedures, compliance, inventory, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Execute and follow up on operational standards and policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
Prepare and package orders for customers.
Maintain a clean and organized processing room.
Receive, count, and document inventory deliveries.
Inform Dispensary Inventory Manager of upcoming inventory needs.
Completes required data entry (logging transactions, transfers, and daily intake/outgoing product) using Excel and state electronic record keeping systems.
Adhere to distribution guidelines.
Unpack/sort/label merchandise as directed.
Maintain facility cleanliness.
Merchandising and restocking.

Cannabis & Glass is looking to add a select few full-time Inventory Specialists to our three locations: Liberty lake, Spokane Valley, and North Spokane
We are looking for inventory specialists who bring unwavering professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position, and who have exceptional data entry and attention to detail. Inventory specialists can expect to work closely with management, help maintain inventory levels for products on the sale floor, merchandise displays, and consistently perform inventory audits . Their other responsibilities include maintaining inventory storage software, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and helping intake all deliveries.
Successful inventory specialists should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team. Ideal candidates will have inventory experience as well as extensive knowledge of cannabis and all related cannabis products.
The ideal candidate has complete open availability: Monday - Sunday, 7:30 am - 11:30 pm. Those with complete open availability will be given top priority for the job.

- Previous retail and/or customer service experience is strongly preferred; although, we are open to experience from other industries as long as it's applicable to this role.
- We do not require previous professional experience in the cannabis industry, but would strongly prefer that the applicant be a regular consumer of the product
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tracking inventory maintenance
- Controlling flows of product
- Merchandising displays
- Reporting to management on inventory issues and discrepancies
- Training less experienced inventory workers
- Aid in the roll out of new products
- Support manager in any back of house duties
- Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
- Stocking and maintaining inventory levels on the sales floor
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of our product offerings, various consumption methods, and cannabis in general
- Follows assigned schedule and accurately reports time

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to frequently (up to 4 hours of an 8 hour shift) lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Description
The Operations Associate reports to the Co-Manager of Operations at the dispensary and is responsible for all policy and procedure, compliance, receiving orders and all other operational objectives of the business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Execute and follow up on operational standards and policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
- Prepare and package orders for customers
- Maintain clean and organized processing room
- Receive, count, and document inventory deliveries
- Inform Co-Manager of Operations of upcoming inventory needs
- Adhere to distribution guidelines
- Unpack/sort/label merchandise as directed
- Maintain facility cleanliness
- Merchandising and restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience
- Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures.

Working conditions
This job operates in a professional store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
This position requires weekend work, nights, weekends and holiday availability. May require minimal travel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
