Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of cannabis from intake to point-of-sale.

Position Overview
The Inventory & Fulfillment Associate aids in the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage, and organization of product inventory. - Conduct inventory strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement and best practices. Support cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance in all Mellow Fellow LLC departments.
- Contribute to daily inventory count audit reports for the Dispensary and weekly inventory audit reports for our leadership team. Support end of month and end of year inventory audits for all departments.

The Inventory & Fulfillment Associates assist with the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage and organization of product inventory. The Inventory/Leaflink Specialist is responsible for vetting all Post-Harvest operational data to the facility Metrc specialist. Metrc input access should be restricted to Metrc personnel only, so the Leaflink/Inventory Specialist will

The Position
As an Inventory employee at Breeze, you are detail oriented, friendly, a team player and an important part of the store's efficiency. The Responsibilities

Stay up to date with new products, discounts, deals, changes in laws and industry trends

Verify that pricing is correct on the customer ticket in comparison to POS system
Communicating with the Inventory leads when products need to be restocked
Verify packaging and labeling are compliant with established state, and company requirements
Communicating with Call Center when appropriate

Assigning appropriate holding location for the order until it is ready for pickup
Assisting the Inventory Manager and Key Holder with weekly and monthly audits (outside of normal business hours)

Position Summary:
The Inventory & Fulfillment Aid (IFA) supports IFT personnel and ensures timely shipment and tracking of all customer orders and outbound facility parcels and assists in maintaining internal quality control and compliance standards in all aspects of parcel preparation and shipment. The IFA position requires daily coordination with external distribution vendors, customers, and SSAC's IFT supervisors and sales teams, to guarantee continuity of service and customer experience. Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist
Job Summary:
Fulfillment will be solely responsible for fulfilling any and all orders created by the retail floor, online orders, etc. Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist will report directly to Inventory Manager and Inventory Assistant Manager. Operates with direct supervision from General Manager, Inventory Manager, Inventory Assistant Manager. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner while double checking orders before sending out to retail floor.
- Ensures correct packaging and labelling of product.
- Maintain a clean work station. Wiping down tables and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Assist with receiving inventory when instructed by management.
- Actively works to solve critical systemic issues with timely solutions
- Assists and works with inventory manager and inventory assistant manager to analyze outcomes and help count inventory when needed.

Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist
Job Summary:
Fulfillment will be solely responsible for fulfilling any and all orders created by the retail floor, online orders, etc. Fulfillment / Inventory Specialist will report directly to Inventory Manager and Inventory Assistant Manager. Operates with direct supervision from General Manager, Inventory Manager, Inventory Assistant Manager. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner while double checking orders before sending out to retail floor.
- Ensures correct packaging and labelling of product.
- Maintain a clean work station. Wiping down tables and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Assist with receiving inventory when instructed by management.
- Actively works to solve critical systemic issues with timely solutions
- Assists and works with inventory manager and inventory assistant manager to analyze outcomes and help count inventory when needed.
- Ensure accuracy of product and labelling tools and equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Position Overview
The Inventory & Fulfillment Associates assist with the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage and organization of product inventory. Duties include conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventories; stocking and tracking cash and product in storage and fulfillment areas; and assisting in filing inventory reports and related documentation.

General Summary:
As the Fulfillment and Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, adjusting inventory in our systems and support our sales team with delivering a smooth ordering process to clients. This position plays an integral role in assuring that all of customers receive their orders in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This position is also involved with daily inventory intake and uploading and communication with the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- *Monitor LeafLink for orders placed online.
- *Assist outside sales in creating orders in LeafLink as needed (training provided).
- *Physically verify inventory to fulfill orders and create delivery boxes for orders.
- *Coordinate with third party transport on METRC transfer manifests (training provided).
- *Assume role of Point of Contact for sales support email/phone answering questions from buyers and coordinating with the accounting department.
- *Monitor inventory environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the team and take action to achieve operational goals.
- *Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes culture, values and the culture of Sunrise.
- *Ensure accuracy in labeling and all product information.
- *Work directly with manager to compare inventory to records or compare numbers from purchase invoices.

Job Description
Sol Flower is looking for an Inventory Fulfillment Manager who can become an integral part of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate, able to beat deadlines, and is tech-savvy. The Inventory Fulfillment Manager oversees all inventory and fulfillment coordinators. A successful inventory manager is reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives while being compliant.
INVENTORY FULFILLMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBLITIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
- In charge of all incoming orders from wholesale and vendors; Liaising with brands and distributors to coordinate deliveries.
- Overseeing receiving and stocking of all orders.
- Accurately fulfill orders in a timely-manner.
- Ensure Inventory transactions are timely entered and updated.
- Ensure all cannabis reconciliation is regularly completed in our seed- to- sale software to maintain compliance.
- Track movement of all cannabis within building and between departments.
- Oversee dispensary inventory needs.
- Create and maintain necessary records and inventory reports for all cannabis and non-cannabis products.
- Perform inventory and miscellaneous analysis as needed.

- Maintain internal tracking document for all procurement.

Position Overview
The Inventory & Fulfillment Associates assist with the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage and organization of product inventory. Duties include, filling in-store and online orders with the correct medical or recreational products, performing daily audits of all inventory in-store, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and vault areas. This is a team-oriented position.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and General Manager to ensure the adequate stocking of product throughout the day
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventories as instructed by the Inventory Manager
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain the organization and overall cleanliness of the department and product storage areas
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies, notify Inventory Manager of low stock
- Alert the General Manager or Inventory Manager of any product quality, packaging, or labelling concerns
- Organize all products by SKU and commodity group, and METRC tags in the vault and vault for sale
- Ensure that there is always a separation between Medical and Recreational products
- Ensure that the fulfillment of all POS or Online Express Orders are accurately packaged into bags with correct quantities, including all packaging and labelling that meets all local and state requirements
o Attentive to all tickets printed, fulfill orders in an orderly and timelyo Organize and file all bags from incoming orders, communicate any issues or problems with orders to Inventory Manager
- Make sure all correct product is saleable or unsaleable through POS
- Add positive and constructive feedback on products that are slow moving or overstocked
- Consistently perform inventory and product handling processes and procedures to be 100% compliant
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of cannabis strains
- Basic computer operating skills including intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Intermediate math skills
- Strong desire to serve the cannabis community
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions with precision
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., reach arms above head, and stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to pass any required CCC background checks
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Prior experience working within the cannabis industry
- One year or more experience in retail sales or inventory control
- Knowledge of a retail Point of Sale (POS) system

The Inventory Control Assistant must have at least one-year experience with sales administrative assistance and/or inventory control, tracking, auditing and reporting. They must be computer literate and have experience with excel. They will be expected to help with controlling the tracking of the inventory of medical marijuana.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Fulfill all dispensaries orders in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all packaging is correct and compliant.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma/GED.

· 21 years of age or older per Arizona Department of Health Services requirement.
· Can pass a Federal Background Check.
· Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
· 1 or more years in the Medical Marijuana industry.
· Microsoft Word and Excel advance experience.
