Position: Post Harvest Manager & ERP Implementation Specialist
Position Level: Manager
Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Bonus: 10% - 30%
Position Objective:
The Schwazze Post Harvest Manager oversees the daily functionality and performance of the department. This includes all operations from when the plant is harvested until the product is manifested out of the facility. As a multi-grow company with centralized post harvesting, this position will be responsible for product grown at four different facilities. The Post Harvest Manager will have three direct reports, a trim lead, a pre-roll lead, and a packaging lead. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Cultivation and will work as part of a team to develop and implement SOP’s, quality control processes, budget, and P&L. He or she will be responsible for employee’s schedules, payroll, evaluations, disciplinary actions, hiring, firing, and training. The Post Harvest Manager will work with Metrc to ensure that Schwazze is in compliance at all times. He or she is expected to be proactive in the research and developments of new methods, to ensure quality and efficiency. The Post Harvest Manager is expected to follow all applicable company Policies and Procedures.
The Schwazze ERP Integration Manager is responsible for successful implementation of the ERP software solution at Brow. This position could be involved in the rollout of the ERP system throughout all of the current and future cultivation facilities.

The Manager of Processing Training & Implementation is responsible for implementing Company Processing standards and ensuring sites have proper Processing training throughout the Cresco network. Reporting to VP of Cultivation Operation, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Processing Cannabis, a deep understanding of cannabis quality and will be someone who enjoys helping others' learn and succeed.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Onsite training of Processing Staff to meet company standards for procedures, efficiency and quality
- Weekly check-in's with Processing managers/supervisors to review training implementation, understand current challenges and successes
- Extensive travel to all Cresco sites in order to conduct hands-on training sessions for site leaders and processing staff
- Participate in the development of flower quality standards by attending Flower Standard meetings, developing training tools and providing site feedback to the COE
- Review Processing procedures to ensure alignment with training
- Maintain accurate records of training, activities and other assigned data requirements
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 2 + years of leadership experience in Cannabis Processing
- Advanced understanding of Drying, Curing, Bucking, Trimming, Machine-Trimming,
- Fundamental understanding of cannabis quality
- Comfortable speaking to groups of people and working hands-on with individuals
- Excellent listening and communication skills

In this role, you will work directly with our Professional Services and Solutions Lead to enable our clients to seamlessly exchange critical business data between their backend data systems and LeafLink's platform.
