Job Summary:
You will be responsible for growing and supporting the sales of cannabis products to dispensaries. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will work closely with the entire sales team to develop and implement an effective strategy to continue the company’s success. This role is remote and travel within a territory is required.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Achieve sales goals provided by Company leadership.
- Develop ICANIC Sales via new business as well as maximizing current business partnerships, selling multiple offerings within each Brand in the portfolio.
- Maintain strong funnel of potential new business
- Daily internal communication with sales team and leadership, customers and cross functional teams as outlined by Communications Guidelines.
- Communicate ongoing status, changes, and issues to Sales Manager or additional teams as outlined by Communication Guidelines.
- Communicate customer specific requirements to appropriate team member(s) as outlined in Communication Guidelines to include codes, packaging, age, availability, and special requirements when orders are placed.
- Work with Sales Manager to resolve pending and/or potential issues.
- Generate department reports as needed including but not limited to: demand plan, prospecting lists, aged inventory, scheduled mix verses produced mix
- Forward production planning and availability to clients and prospects.
- Responsible for entering all client, prospect, and territory information and other pertinent information into a customer management system and preparing and submitting all required reports within established deadlines.
- Responsible for scheduling and executing the brand awareness for the company. This includes scheduling and executing in-person demos, acting as the public facing representative of our brand, and is highly visible at promotional and special events.
- Develop account goals and joint business plan with ICANIC customers including reviews of business performance, growth or synergistic strategies etc.
- Recommend brand program development and/or enhancements as a result of customer/consumer feedback

- Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience in the cannabis industry
- Team Oriented, Positive attitude, No Egos, “Lets Win Mentality”
- Manage customer service and support beyond the normal expectations
- Deep industry network connections required
- Ability to work independently and sill be a major contributor to the team.
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Strong presence, communication skills (oral and written) and credibility
- Strong skills using CRM, MS Office Products, Slack, One Drive
- Valid drivers and mode of transportation to visit clients/prospects daily
- The ability for local travel up to 60%
- Identify and develop new contacts and opportunities with assigned clients and prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly goals.
- Maintain adequate activity levels to ensure consistent goals achievement
- Consistently seek guidance for continuous improvement on executing every aspect of this position
- Collaborate with ICANIC Leadership to refine sales processes toward increased sales productivity
- Utilize and maintain HubSpot CRM with complete and up to date information on all communications.
- Maintain a positive attitude and "how can we" approach challenges that will arise
- Participate in weekly L10 sales team meetings and have all data current.
- Be a creative force when necessary
- Practice integrity, reliability, and honesty in all business transactions
- Refrain from engaging in negative conversations about competitors

Education
Must have experience in sales, and customer service.
Mathematical Skills
