WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Harvesting between 150-400 cannabis plants daily
- Working with a small team of 2-4 Harvesters
- Additional tasks: De-sticking, Trimming and other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim Room

Duties and Responsibilities
Wet Plant Harvest (“Pull and Hang”): Should be efficient both with “de-fanning” and “hanging” so that the product can cure correctly.
Dry Plant Harvest: Should have experience in both dry trimming and de-boning and know the different techniques for the various strains harvested. A combination of speed and accuracy are needed. Should be able to vary technique based on the needs of the store or management.
Strain Separation: Team members must be aware of what strain they are harvesting and must stay organized to ensure no product is mislabeled or misplaced.
Take Direction: Harvest team members report to the Harvest Manager, who is in charge of the daily operations of the Harvest team and may assign tasks as needed
Clean Work Space: All team members should help in keeping the work environment clean and always help clean before breaks or at the end of the day. There at no time should be open containers on trim tables.

Position Overview:

Weekend Post-Harvest Specialist
The Weekend Post-Harvest Specialist is a key role in Green Dot Lab’s cultivation facilities. The goal of this position is to support harvesting, drying and trimming of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while meeting daily production goals and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. This position is scheduled to work 4 x 10-hour days, Friday through Monday.
Essential Duties:
Harvesting:
- Assist cultivation staff with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transport and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Harvest Lead and assure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway
- Report any issues with harvest batches directly to the Post-Harvest Lead
- Update production and KPI logs daily under guidance of the Post-Harvest Lead
Trimming:
- Adapting trim style specific to individual strains
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas
- Sorting, qualifying and hand manicuring dried flowers to company standards
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Cleaning and sanitization of all work areas including but not limited to workstations, cultivation rooms, harvest rooms, drying rooms and storage areas
- Perform waste management duties for both ‘green waste’ and regular trash
- Reset workstations prior to closing each day to ensure all tools and materials are prepared for the next shift

Terrapin is looking for a Harvester to join our growing company. As a Boulder, Colo.-based national cannabis company, Terrapin is a pioneer in the emerging industry. Terrapin is a cultivator, processor and provider of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis products. Harvest team members are responsible for ensuring the product is accurately and efficiently harvested to the quality standards of Terrapin Care Station. The harvest crew members are an important part of the seed-to-sale chain of production and act as the bridge from garden to store, ensuring delivery of the best customer experience Terrapin Care Station can provide.
Duties and Responsibilities
Wet Plant Harvest (“Pull and Hang”): Should be efficient both with “de-fanning” and “hanging” so that the product can cure correctly.
Dry Plant Harvest: Should have experience in both dry trimming and de-boning and know the different techniques for the various strains harvested. A combination of speed and accuracy are needed. Should be able to vary technique based on the needs of the store or management.
Strain Separation: Team members must be aware of what strain they are harvesting and must stay organized to ensure no product is mislabeled or misplaced.
Take Direction: Harvest team members report to the Harvest Manager, who is in charge of the daily operations of the Harvest team and may assign tasks as needed
Clean Work Space: All team members should help in keeping the work environment clean and always help clean before breaks or at the end of the day. There at no time should be open containers on trim tables.
Cannabis Knowledge: Should possess a willingness to learn strain genetics and morphology, as well as signs of disease or other quality issues.
Compliance Knowledge: Must be aware of all laws surrounding compliance in medical or retail business operations. Must be detail oriented enough to assist with tracking plant waste and other aspects of maintaining compliance.

Role Description: The job is expected to begin on September 13th and will take place almost entirely outside. The main part of the job is to assist the growers and extractors in harvesting live plants to be wet trimmed, weighed and bagged, in order to be frozen. We will also be harvesting plants to be hung to dry in our curing room, then later will be trimmed either by hand or by machine. Continued trim work may be available after harvest is completed, but work is only expected to last until the first week of November.
Responsibilities and Duties: Harvesting the live plant, transporting it to the weigh station, recording the weight and then moving to the processing station where it will be defoliated and wet trimmed and then be frozen to later be turned into hash and rosin. During the dry harvest the cannabis will be cut down and chopped up into manageable portions to hang to dry until it is ready to be run through a machine trimmer. After all dry and fresh frozen harvests are complete, trim work may be available for harvesters to participate in.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- OLCC Worker Permit.
- 21 years or older.
- GED or better.
- Reliable transportation.
- No experience required, we will train you, but experience is preferred.
- Punctual, able to show up everyday and on time.
- Hard working, able to stand, stretch and bend the whole shift and be able to lift upwards of 50 to 75 lbs regularly.
- Layered outdoor work clothes (environment changes quickly), work boots are strongly recommended. Sunglasses and hats are typically a good idea.

Purpose & Aim
Trimmers work in teams to harvest and defoliate, and trim marijuana plants as well as cleaning utensils, work areas, and other common areas. They are also tasked with taking out the trash, empty shoe sterilizing trays, and doing their dishes during their shift. This position requires standing for multiple hours in one spot to process marijuana plant material and clean. The Trimmer reports directly to the Trimming Manager for daily duties and may be required to work at different locations during the week. Duties and Responsibilities
Wet Plant Harvest (“Pull and Hang”): Should be efficient both with “de-fanning” and “hanging” so that the product can cure correctly.
Dry Plant Harvest: Should have experience in both dry trimming and de-boning and know the different techniques for the various strains harvested. A combination of speed and accuracy are needed. Should be able to vary technique based on the needs of the store or management.
Strain Separation: Team members must be aware of what strain they are harvesting and must stay organized to ensure no product is mislabeled or misplaced.
Take Direction: Harvest team members report to the Harvest Manager, who is in charge of the daily operations of the Harvest team and may assign tasks as needed
Clean Work Space: All team members should help in keeping the work environment clean and always help clean before breaks or at the end of the day. There at no time should be open containers on trim tables.
Cannabis Knowledge: Should possess a willingness to learn strain genetics and morphology, as well as signs of disease or other quality issues.
Compliance Knowledge: Must be aware of all laws surrounding compliance in medical or retail business operations. Must be detail oriented enough to assist with tracking plant waste and other aspects of maintaining compliance.

The Harvester works with a small team in a faced paced environment harvesting the daily batch of mature cannabis plants. The Harvester is also responsible for processing dried batches of cannabis flower and assisting with other tasks around the department to meet daily production goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Harvesting between 150-400 cannabis plants daily
- Working with a small team of 2-4 Harvesters
- Additional tasks: De-sticking, Trimming and other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim Room

- Completes work in a timely manner to maintain the flow of production
- Working closely with Cure Room Supervisors to maintain the proper flow of production

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Harvester is involved in numerous production activities and is responsible for the post processing of plant material once brought to maturity. This position assists in each step of the cultivation process; from initial room set up, to daily cultivation activities within each grow space, to the harvest, removal and clean-up of each grow area. The Harvester reports directly into the Cultivation team and works with other production staff on all aspects of cannabis production.
Essential Functions:
- Harvests and Trims cannabis, which includes the breakdown and removal of flowers from the stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product.
- Separates and identifies fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Accounts for unusable waste for each by-product type processed off the flower; tracks and classifies stems and fan leaves as waste.
- Manicures and prepares harvested flower to be sold in designated medical dispensaries and cannabis retail locations.
- Maintains quality standards and production goals.
- Organizes and maintains a clean work environment and complies with all health and safety standards established by the State.
- Participates in the room set-up and break-down and contributes to the clean-up of processing areas and equipment.
- Implements basic growing principles including cloning, pruning, topping, and trimming, and mixing soils and growing mediums, transplanting, watering, pruning and physically moving plants.
- Tracks and maintains cultivation data including room data, pest scouting, harvest reports and inventory processes.
- Follows all IPM basics and proper application protocols.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
The Harvester position requires a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Harvesting between 150-400 cannabis plants daily
- Working with a small team of 2-4 Harvesters
- Additional tasks: De-sticking, Trimming and other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim Room

Post-Harvest Specialist
The Post-Harvest Specialist is a key role in Green Dot Lab’s cultivation facilities. The goal of this position is to support harvesting, drying and trimming of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while meeting daily production goals and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. This position will report to the Post-Harvest Lead.
Essential Duties:
Harvesting:
- Assist cultivation staff with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transport and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Harvest Lead and assure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway
- Report any issues with harvest batches directly to the Post-Harvest Lead
- Update production and KPI logs daily under guidance of the Post-Harvest Lead
Trimming:
- Adapting trim style specific to individual strains
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas

Maintenance and Upkeep:

Post-Harvest Specialist
The Post-Harvest Specialist is a key role in Green Dot Lab’s cultivation facilities. The goal of this position is to support harvesting, drying and trimming of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while meeting daily production goals and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. This position will report to the Post-Harvest Lead.
Essential Duties:
Harvesting:
- Assist cultivation staff with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transport and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Harvest Lead and assure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway
- Report any issues with harvest batches directly to the Post-Harvest Lead
- Update production and KPI logs daily under guidance of the Post-Harvest Lead
Trimming:
- Adapting trim style specific to individual strains
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas
- Sorting, qualifying and hand manicuring dried flowers to company standards
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Cleaning and sanitization of all work areas including but not limited to workstations, cultivation rooms, harvest rooms, drying rooms and storage areas
- Perform waste management duties for both ‘green waste’ and regular trash
- Reset workstations prior to closing each day to ensure all tools and materials are prepared for the next shift
Compliance:
Follow compliance with all City, County and State Regulations including, but not limited to the MED's Current & Permanent Marijuana Rules for Licensed Premise, RMCF, Transport & Storage, Business Records, Labeling, Packaging & Safety, Testing etc.
The Post-Harvest Specialist is responsible for adhering to workplace compliance within all current State and City regulations, Labor laws, Safety regulations and Green Dot Labs Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. State and City regulations MED (State of Colorado) CCR 212-3.

- Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required on a daily basis (able to lift at least 60 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend, push, pull and reach)

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Harvester is involved in numerous production activities and is responsible for the post processing of plant material once brought to maturity. This position assists in each step of the cultivation process; from initial room set up, to daily cultivation activities within each grow space, to the harvest, removal and clean-up of each grow area. This position is responsible for manicuring wet or dry flower from stalk and break down plants to process/trim them to meet its Clients’ quality standards. Also responsible for tracking the batches that they trim including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the un-usable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state, local and MED laws and regulations.

We are seeking hardworking, honest, and dependable trimmers to join our team. The trimming team will be responsible for trimming, cleaning, and packaging cannabis. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be efficient and focused, and have a passion for working hands-on in the cannabis industry.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assist/complete all the tasks in areas related to harvest including, but not limited to, trimming, cleaning and packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently on a single task for entire shifts
- Adapt and adjust to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis to ensure a steady pace and quality
- Sustain a clean and organized operation/work environment
- Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing a quality product
- Follow basic instruction and take constructive criticism from management to maintain quality standards and production goals
- Understand and comply with city and state marijuana laws and regulations
Qualifications:

We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual to join our cannabis growing, harvesting and trimming team!
We have multiple positions to fill in all aspects of our business from trimming to plant maintenance. The plant maintenance side of things is a little more physically demanding and you tend to get a little dirtier and sweatier. The trimming side of things is cooler and less physically demanding but it does require constant focus and sitting and/or standing all day.
We have some flexibility in our scheduling, currently we are looking to fill positions for all days of the week, part-time and full-time. Typically we work between the hours of 8am-5pm, 7 days per week.
To qualify an applicant must be at least 21 years of age and capable of passing a background check and getting their industry employee badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Harvesting between 150-400 cannabis plants daily
- Working with a small team of 2-4 Harvesters
- Additional tasks: De-sticking, Trimming and other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim Room
- Adhering to production requirements and plant count goals
- Completes work in a timely manner to maintain the flow of production
- Working closely with Cure Room Supervisors to maintain the proper flow of production
- Cleaning personal equipment and maintaining an organized workspace
- Maintaining time and attendance as well as all other conduct related requirements at all times
- Following Parallel policies and procedures for daily operation to comply with state medical marijuana regulations
