The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment in a biologics processing environment for cannabis
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, grinding, drying, and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Precise hand trimming will be required for flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Adhere to departmental, site, and corporate safety policies
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to maintain PA standards
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related to flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assembles secondary packaging and the final product

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Familiarity with weights and measures
- Ability to accurately fill out documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment

- Possess Basic Math skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Possess basic computer skills and be able to enter and maintain data accurately
- Ability to gown and work in an aseptic/cleanroom environment

The Position:
We are seeking an individual to join our post-harvest team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently with their hands in a fun, fast paced, strictly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product harvest setup and breakdown
- Hanging and drying of harvest
- Bucking harvested product
- Accurately and consistently trim marijuana
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment
- Complying with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures
- Assist others as needed with daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in high volume packaging preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of frequent, repetitive, and fast hand movements

The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Standard Operating procedures for debucking, trimming, testing, drying and curing cannabis harvests in preparation for oil extraction and/or flower sales
- Accurately enter data in the state-run seed to sale inventory system (BiotrackTHC/Metrc)
- Responsible for organizing work areas and performing daily tasks such as washing and sanitizing equipment and racking systems
- Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
- Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes
- Strict adherence to procedures and practices according to SOP's
- Strong emphasis on documentation according to regulations
- Adhere to departmental, site and corporate safety policies
- Responsible for facility and equipment cleaning in a clean room manufacturing environment
- Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest processing equipment such as stainless steel racks and shelves
- Responsible for weighing, filling, and packaging work related flower products with no micro-contamination introduced into the process or material
- Assemble secondary packaging and final product
- Occasionally assist other team members in their duties. Everyone at this facility will be expected to pitch in on other teams (ie, cultivation, post-harvest, etc) to keep each work day full and productive and help the overall business run efficiently and on-time.
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statues, and be a Maine resident
- Competence with measuring and recording accurate weights and measures
- Ability to accurately fill out documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Possess basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Possess basic computer skills and be able to enter and maintain data accurately
- Ability to gown and work in an aseptic/clean room environment
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize competing demands

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, along with frequent bending
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds with assistance
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
Expected Rate of Work for Trained Employees:
- Bucking: ~ 80 lbs/day using Budtender machine.
- Trimming: ~ 90 lbs. total of bud & trim per day per 1 person operating the Triminator
- Burping: ½ hour to burp 40 buckets
- Packing pillows & trim: ~ 90 lbs.product (bud & trim)/day/person

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
The Harvest Associate will be responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. The Harvest Associate will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.

The Health Center Cannabis Cultivation Harvest Associate is an essential member of the cultivation team and will participate in both cultivation (pre-harvest) and harvesting tasks.
The harvest associate's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- All aspects of harvesting including: cleaning/prepping of cure area, cutting plants, defanning plants, sorting plant waste, weighing plants, cleaning of the flower room post-harvest, and refilling the room with veg plants.
- Defoliation/pruning of flowering plants pre-harvest
- Must ensure proper care/handling of product (taking care to keep plants intact, off of the floor, and properly spaced when hung)
- Cleaning - Any tools, tables, bins, or anything else that touches the product must be cleaned before and after use.
- Daily responsibilities are physically demanding. Must be able to perform all necessary tasks continuously or intermittently up to 8 hours.

The harvest associate helps our cultivation teams with the harvesting activities involving cannabis. The harvest associate works in close partnership with all members of cultivation to perform various assignments around cultivation.

An established Marijuana Company is actively seeking a Harvest and Packaging Associate to join our Cultivation in Gresham. Candidate should have a passion for working with cannabis, a desire to learn, and professionalism. Candidate must also be flexible in their availability and punctual in their attendance.
Position details:
The Harvest and Packaging Associate position is responsible for assisting with any and all, day-to-day harvesting, trimming, packaging, and labeling duties. These duties include but are not limited to: weighing, labeling, packaging cannabis flowers, trimming cannabis flowers, packaging and weighing extracts, counting products, and accurately keeping track of inventory. Must have strong attention to detail while abiding by all Company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. We are looking for passionate, hard-working, positive team players!
- Accurately package cannabis flower, prerolls, and concentrates, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for quality control and maintenance of all packaging equipment.
- Utilize a Futurola Knockbox for producing and packaging prerolls.
- Experience with hand trimming both wet and dry material.
- Must be able to meet a daily quota.
- Skilled in concentrate packaging and handling, familiar with concentrate consistencies and how to best package them.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in simple math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, decimal places)
- Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy
- Must have valid OLCC MJ Handler’s Permit
- No state or federal felonies or drug related felonies
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Prior packaging/assembly line work is a plus
