Gro-careĀ® Services Sales Consultant/Advisor
Hybrid position local to Colorado
This position has a base salary of $50k - $60K plus a lucrative commission structure for a well- qualified and productive candidate up to a realistic potential of $100k annually.
Summary/Objective:
The Services Sales Consultant/Advisor is responsible for supporting the gro-careĀ®, Integrated Pest Management
(IPM), and Crop Protection Program (CPP) services sales by building, maintaining, and nurturing a robust sales
pipeline, aligning with the gro-care and ESG departmental goals, and closing UG opportunities for consumables via
UGās ecommerce site. The gro-careĀ® Services Sales Consultant/Advisor will report directly to the Vice President
of Operations and Supply Chain.
Essential Functions

1. Compiling lists of prospective customers and identifying key contacts for use as sales leads.
2. Effectively articulate, market and sell UGās gro-careĀ® and IPM/CPP services.
3. Generating leads by performing outbound sales calls, generating sales, qualified leads, marketing qualified
leads, and generating activity to scheduled UG events such as webinars, lunch & learns, and tradeshows.
4. Initiating and performing web duties, such as prospect/customer research, identifying viable events to drive
pipeline growth, and researching state cannabis regulations and laws.
5. Participating in UGās marketing efforts, coordinating call results and related data in order to improve
marketing efforts.
6. Setting up meetings and appointments with qualified prospects.
7. Assisting the Environmental Sciences Group (ESG) Manager in identifying and cultivating relationships
with strategic partners.
8. Keeping accurate logs, adding lead notes, activities, contacts, company, and meeting notes information in
salesforce.com (SFDC)
9. Conduct/complete at least 12 customer facing proposals per month with key personnel (decision makers).
10. Transition at least 6 of these proposals to contracted customer accounts per month.
11. Discuss the benefits of the UG solution to qualified prospects.
