Responsibilities
- Complete tasks as needed including but not limited to harvesting crops, cleaning rooms after a harvest, installing net mesh supports, breaking down and preparing soil for planting, and keeping work area clean and organized.
- Communicate with other team members and management continuously regarding any issues that may arise (pest outbreaks, irrigation issues, lights, etc.).
- Support other team members throughout the grow as needed.
- Timely completion of work per schedule.
- Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team and on your own.
- Be a reliable team player.
- Positive attitude day in and day out.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.

ROLE:
The Post-Harvest Associate will be responsible for completing tasks associated with the harvesting and finishing of cannabis plants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take direction from the Post-Harvest Manager and Leads
- Complete harvest in a safe and timely manner
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Clean and reset all equipment, pots, and tools to prepare for each harvest
- Follow all safety standards and abide by PPE requirements
