This Franchise Development Coordinator will help develop, coordinate, and work closely with the marketing and communications teams to provide ongoing brand support on the Unity Rd. franchise development team.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure brand standards are met, including consistent brand messaging between franchise development and other teams.
- Attend weekly meetings with development and marketing teams and ensure alignment across projects as well as action items are communicated and acted upon by their deadlines.
- Develop the franchise development marketing strategy and guide content, working closely with the marketing team for execution and best practices.
- Manage the annual franchise development marketing plan, ensuring projects are prioritized and deadlines are met across the franchise development, marketing and communications teams.
- Act as liaison between teams for print materials, show collateral, and digital marketing that supports franchise development efforts.
- Help plan and execute tradeshows, ensuring all needed logistics leading into the conference are completed and the team is prepared.
- Assist franchise development team in staying on top of the latest cannabis industry news, licensing changes, opportunities, etc. – working closely with other teams to ensure information is communicated and acted upon.
- Lead on the development of email communications for drip campaigns, company news, industry updates, etc. to prospective franchise partners.
- Aid in drafting messaging for franchise development-focused marketing content.
- Support franchise development team, as needed.
- Track franchise lead generation to help make data-driven decision on marketing spends.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans in the franchise industry to support development efforts.
- Strong presentations skills, with the ability to convey clearly facts and ideas to both individuals and large groups.
- Great phone etiquette, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Naturally proactive and ability to independently problem-solve.
- Excellent planning, time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects that run concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in addition to basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with the Adobe product suite or Canva.
- Proficient in utilizing CRMs (FranConnect a huge bonus)
