Agent Support and Management:
Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume
Assign work and monitor resulting performance

You will be challenged to work tactically to service our patients with care and efficiency while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD).
One minute you will be opening the store and prepping staff for the first few customers

Our next full-time Floor Supervisor will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Floor Supervisors assist our patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
To Be Blunt
You will be challenged to work tactically to do to service our patients with care and efficiency while also serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD).
One minute you will be opening the store and prepping staff for the first few customers
The next minute you will be training a new employee on our POS system and Ecommerce platform
And the next minute assisting a patient with a difficult question around product usage
Regardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.

Where you’ll be planted*
This position will be on-site in our Lodi, NJ dispensary. Our hours of operation are 9am - 10pm 7 days per week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional brand experience for our customer by understanding and solving their needs while creating ways to positively impact their lives

- Responsible for growing sales revenue through the execution of Solful’s customer experience culture
- Implement and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures

- Directly supervises all store day to day front of house operations including customer entrance, consulting appointments, sales floor, dispatch/delivery, and POS
- Executes and oversees all opening and closing procedures and ensures accurate safe, register, and deposit counts while keeping accurate documentation
- Completes daily schedules that support the needs of the business while adhering to all break, meals, and overtime guidelines
- Oversees the POS and ensures that all cashiers are adhering to Solful’s cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, well stocked, well lit sales floor where promotions and events are clearly communicated to the customer
- Partners with the Assistant GM of Inventory Control to ensure a well organized and fully stocked sales floor
- Execution of store visual guidelines including floor planograms and promotional/event set up in conjunction with GM and AGMs
- Monitor Sales and all KPIs by analyzing company statistical reports and by monitoring the team’s customer experience interactions
- Participates in executing and driving in store events
- Assist the Store Leadership team in providing feedback on SOPs being developed
- Establish effective and positive communication amongst all team members and facilitates communications from the team to the Assistant General Manager
- Assist GM and AGM in leadership meetings - preparation, participation, and action items related to regular meetings
- Reinforce the ongoing customer experience, operational, and product knowledge training in conjunction with Solful’s Learning and Development Manager to support team member growth and development
- Executes ongoing performance management and assists AGM in annual performance reviews of direct reports
- Participates in Loss Prevention and monitors for Internal, External, and Paperwork shrink
- Participates in weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to all cannabis regulated compliance
- Maintain all cannabis compliance guidelines and SOPs
- Ensures compliance on all SOPs in regards to cash handling and keeps flawless records
- Oversees security protocols and instore radio communication
- Collect team feedback for supplies for all aspects of the business, including necessary work materials, equipment, cash and change, and team member food/beverages
- Communicates facilities needs to General Manager in a timely manner
- Reports team member accidents to the GM and assists in documentation
- Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents reported to the General Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit
- Partner with approved cash handling managers/supervisors to ensure the dispensary’s cash flow/intake is properly managed
- Assist the team with inquiries and service recovery while ensuring the highest level of hospitality is achieved
- Collaborate with the Inventory department on all product related processes/matters
- Implement and manage all Company policies and procedures
- Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, and development of employees
- Delegate, manage, and empower the team to achieve an optimal performance
- Align with the Floor Manager to set, meet, and manage all financial and operational goals
- Assist in any and all areas to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21+ and currently residing in the USA
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire)
- Associate Degree or industry training equivalent (preferred)
- Retail experience, 2+ years (preferred)
- Cannabis industry experience, 2+ years (preferred)
- Guest service experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Team building & management experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, time-management, planning, & organizational skills

Overview:
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Nevada Department of Taxation and Deep Roots Harvest. The Floor Supervisor provides support to retail staff during the hours of operation which includes, without limitation: training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping current with industry news/bulletins and product information, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, and oversight of any weekend product deliveries.
Essential Functions:
Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:
Enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Report employee issues or situations, as well as handling emergencies.
Agent Support and Management:
Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume
Assign work and monitor resulting performance
Guide, train, and develop employees in the accomplishment of their duties and goals
Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulation;
Respond to agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts on days when sole manager;
Coordinates with other dispensary supervisors to ensure accurate information is communicated through the proper channels to both dispensary staff and upper management.
Customer Service:
Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries when necessary.
Reports, Documentation, and Profitability:
Maintain all cash and POS reporting in accordance with Company policies/procedures and Department of Taxation rules and regulations.
Provide regular updates to Dispensary Management.
Assist in quality control efforts regarding approval, salvage, and/or destruction of all medicated product at the retail location.

- The Floor Supervisor helps ensure all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. A floor supervisor works with Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, and the management team to ensure that daily tasks are completed, and Budtenders are performing to the best of their abilities. Floor supervisors should act with integrity and tact when interacting with staff and customers. They are often the public interface between the facility, our patients, regulators, law enforcement and the public. A floor supervisor must have a professional attitude, comply with all state and company policies as well as offer excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving orders
- Performing cash drops from Budtender drawers
- Accessing the overnight and drop safes to collect budtender monies, initiate change swaps and restock cash drawers
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints and acting as a liaison between customer and management
- Store opening and closing procedures including unlocking and locking building
- Moving inventory via LeafLogix
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
- Enforcing Local Roots policies
- “Drop” cash from POS employees
- Edit and print menus
- Create 1:1 change
- Talk to any customers who are frustrated or have complaints
- Contact the GM regarding any floor, vault or building issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Overview:
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Nevada Department of Taxation and Deep Roots Harvest. The Floor Supervisor provides support to retail staff during the hours of operation which includes, without limitation: training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping current with industry news/bulletins and product information, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service, and oversight of any weekend product deliveries.
Essential Functions:
Exercise limited authority and discretion when addressing items that concern the retail location when necessary, and in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:
Enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Report employee issues or situations, as well as handling emergencies.
Agent Support and Management:
Ensure the store is appropriately staffed for that day’s predicted transaction volume
Assign work and monitor resulting performance
Guide, train, and develop employees in the accomplishment of their duties and goals
Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulation;
Respond to agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts on days when sole manager;
Coordinates with other dispensary supervisors to ensure accurate information is communicated through the proper channels to both dispensary staff and upper management.
Customer Service:
Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, including handling issues, concerns, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries when necessary.
Reports, Documentation, and Profitability:
Maintain all cash and POS reporting in accordance with Company policies/procedures and Department of Taxation rules and regulations.
Provide regular updates to Dispensary Management.
Assist in quality control efforts regarding approval, salvage, and/or destruction of all medicated product at the retail location.

Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, check-in, verifying eligibility for medical marijuana, and completing accurate and compliant transactions and fulfillment of patient orders, all while providing top notch customer service. Sr. Wellness Associate/Floor Supervisor will also assist patients in learning and understanding about medical marijuana in effort to help them make informed decisions about their care. The Sr. Wellness Associate/Floor Supervisor will support the entire dispensary team to support patients, other team members, and the physical appearance of the dispensary. Ilera Healthcare dispensary offers a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere. We are seeking team members who want to bring their expertise, experience, and passion to serve the needs of existing and potential Pennsylvania medical marijuana patients. Please note, that this position requires availability on evenings and weekends.
This is a full time non-exempt position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Assist with intake of new patients, orienting new patients to Ilera’s policies, rules and procedures.
Management of patient records through the MJ Freeway system.
Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns and/or questions promptly and efficiently, referring to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management team when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and ensure patient confidentiality and security.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers by anticipating needs.
Follow established policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines.
Oversee dispensary operations, procedures, and processes.
Responsible for opening and closing of dispensary as a keyholder
Assist the senior dispensary leadership as needed.
Complete the required state mandated training program.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have good organizational and computer skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills as well as the ability to multitask.
Cannabis experience a plus.
At least 1 year of customer service, retail or related experience preferred.
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Plant care:
Proper watering of plants, cleanup of dead plant material, scouting and identifying pest/disease problems and spraying to control. Mixing fertilizers and controlling environment (heating, cooling, airflow, etc.) for best plant growth. Setting up spring/seasonal displays and moving plant material for best environment and retail visibility.
Planning:
Keeping detailed records of planting schedules and numbers for reference in future seasons, making orders for plant material, containers, pesticides, etc. Organizing the stockroom of containers and keeping inventory of what is on hand, etc.
Other:
Being able to stay on task yourself and best manage your time to get everything done, help train and guide new employees, communicating with the grader, front end of store, and our Coldwater store so you know what’s going on with tasks. Taking customer orders in person and over the phone. Customer service and answering questions is essential part of this job.
