Job Summary

Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the ERP as it relates to our manufacturing processes and sales
- Create customers and enter pertinent information in the ERP (Acumatica)
- Update Geolocators on the brand website
- Follow the release of new licenses across markets nationally and enter new necessary information into information systems
- Update and audit sales pricing regularly
- Pull and analyze reports as requested by management. Communicate findings to necessary parties

The Enterprise Applications Specialist is responsible for ensuring the provision of a high performance, fault tolerant business systems infrastructure to corporate users. Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist in the maintenance and development of our dashboards and databases, and assist with functional management of the ERP. The ERP & Data Specialist will also help with complex data curation, data entry, and data analysis.
This position will serve as a crucial support for the ERP Supervisor, and will have a series of regular reoccurring daily data related tasks, and will have the opportunity to assist with special projects that inform current activities or improve current systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain and update various databases and dashboards through regular data entry, audits, and data curation.
- Assist with stock take and cycle count data management and ERP updates
- ERP functional support: pulling work orders, checking production pick-lists against batch production records, picking and shipping product, conducting virtual transfers, creating stock take database.
- Documentation QA/QC checks during active production and/or waste events.
- Conduct special projects and develop new analytics tools for reporting.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel, Sql, R, ERP Experience
- A college degree is required, e.g. BA Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Information Systems
- 1 year experience required
- MUST be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required

Project and/or Leadership roles may also be available for the right candidate. This role is a Curaleaf Inc. corporate position which will be based in Las Vegas, NV
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of at least one Microsoft ERP system (Business Central or Navision preferred). The Implementation Specialist(s) will assist in implementing and training on our ERP system of choice (Microsoft Business Central). This includes learning Microsoft Business Central (if not already experienced), assisting Business Analysts in gathering and reviewing business practices and existing data, configuring software, training end users on the software and writing status reports. The Implementation Specialist must be proactive, self-starting, professional, able to travel, willing to work extra hours and strive for consistent high-quality results.
Responsibilities for Implementation Specialist:
- Work alongside Project Managers to implement ERP system across multiple business entities
- Perform assigned project tasks with minimal supervision
- Follow established methodology to meet project deliverables for all assigned tasks
- Manage the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Assesses and oversees the departmental training needs related to implementation of ERP
- Assists in ERP roll out, testing and process improvements
- Assists with day-to-day maintenance as well as testing for small modifications
- Provide required documentation for tasks including design documentation, technical specifications, user procedures, and test plans
- Works proactively and cooperatively in a team environment to accomplish project deliverables within defined schedule
- Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate information clearly, accurately and timely to project team members
- Identify and recognize when risks and issues need to be escalated
- Seek and participates in learning activities to enhance knowledge of technologies, software packages, and the industry
- Deliver classroom training in person and through a variety of remote learning platforms for audience sizes ranging from 1 to 15 participants
- Support execution of Train-the-Trainer knowledge transfer programs, Super User programs and other workshops
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft NAV (Business Central) and/or Finance and Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Applications
- A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
- Experience implementing and configuring large scalable ERP systems (preferable Microsoft)
- Ability to work with any level employee to accomplish company goals
- Analytical skills, project management skills, and knowledge of ERP systems are required.
- Must be proficient in ERP software and principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT-driven training delivery for both technical and non-technical audiences

The ERP Support Specialist I is a role that requires a hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for assisting the IT team in managing the day-to-day technology needs or our large cannabis cultivation facilities and production facilities. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and development of tooling, mechanisms, and equipment for use in manufacturing processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our internal employees
- Provide on site and remote support for our Grow and Production facilities
- Assist with management of onsite vendors
- Provision devices for different departments as needed
- Provide innovative solutions to uncommon issues
- Work in a helpdesk environment, manage ticket workload, prioritize
- Must have a passion for working in a manufacturing environment
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates of Arts or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Can be substituted with 2-3 years of specific Grow/Processing related IT experience
- Must have a passion for Customer service and problem solving
- Excellent Communication skill, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast passed, everchanging environment
